Hi everyone ! I'm Ridhi and I am a first year geography student at the University of Warwick. I completed A levels in Biology, Economics and Maths and achieved grades of all As. I have a passion for tutoring and helping students reach their full potential. Having the experience as a student tutor, I am able to devise powerpoints and engaging resources tailored to everyone. Outside academics, I play badminton and swim regularly and am part of many societies at Warwick. I'm excited to meet you all! I have worked at KipMcgrath education centre as a student tutor and helper during my A levels. Alongside this, I have been an economics prefect at my sixth form as well as led econsociety, where we delivered visually engaging presentations every week. I created a diverse and inclusive society allowing those who wanted to engage in economics outside study would be able to. I also ran weekly economics study sessions for year 12's to practice their exam technique and cover any areas of the course they may find difficult. Therefore, I have the appropriate skills in creating powerpoints, running study sessions and communicating to my peers to be able to be a tutor. My passion for not only economics but biology and science as well is shown through my dedication in societies and making resources easily accessible as well as engaging for others.

I am passionate about teaching. I adapt my teaching style to each student's unique learning ability. My classes are fun, engaging, and interactive. I am very passionate and friendly with all my interactions. I love seeing my students learn and become the best possible version of themselves. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. I majored in theory of literature and creative writing. I also have a communications and media diploma I obtained in Australia. I have worked as a parent advisor for deaf and or hard of hearing children. And I have also learned to identify ADD and ADHD.

I teach senior high school mathematics at all levels, from foundational to advanced. With years of experience as a government tax specialist and roles as a system analyst, programmer, and statistician in IT, I transitioned to teaching, which has always been my passion. I began tutoring in college to support my expenses and discovered the rewarding challenge of working with a student with dyscalculia. Through tailored strategies and building strong rapport, she succeeded. My diverse background has made me resourceful and innovative, enhancing my effectiveness in both teaching and problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila, where I completed challenging courses such as Calculus, Statistical Analysis, Number Theory, and Linear Algebra. I also pursued post-graduate studies in Mathematics Education at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, focusing on educational strategies and child development, with research on learning disabilities. Although I couldn’t complete my thesis due to budget constraints, I am skilled in teaching all levels of mathematics, including Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Statistics, and Business Mathematics.

I am a dedicated Mathematics and Statistics student at the University of Leeds, offering one-on-one tutoring to help students master mathematical concepts with clarity and confidence. With a strong academic background, including A in A-Level Mathematics* and a passion for problem-solving, I specialise in breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand steps. I tailor my teaching approach to each student’s needs, ensuring they grasp key concepts, improve problem-solving skills, and build confidence in exams. Whether it's GCSE or A-Level mathematics, I am committed to helping students succeed through structured lessons and personalised guidance. I took 12 GCSEs, 9 A* and 3, then Maths, Physics, and Economics at A-Level. I've been tutoring Maths and Physics since University. So far, I've found teaching to be greatly fulfilling and have really enjoyed helping students along their academic journey.
