Was wären Deine Hauptaufgaben?
● Tägliche Buchhaltungsaufgaben für die Zentrale in Österreich in Oracle Netsuite ERP (Bank- und Kreditkartentransaktionen, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Rückstellungen, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten usw.)
● Eingangsrechnungen verwalten: Erfassung, Kodierung, Abgleich mit PO in Medius und Zahllauf
● Teilnahme an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
● Monatliche Abstimmung und Überprüfung von GuV-Konten, Bilanzkonten und Intercompany-Salden
● Unterstützung bei der Jahresabschlussprüfung
● Unterstützung bei der MwSt.-Berichterstattung und der Einhaltung von Steuervorschriften sowie bei statistischen Berichten
● Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Systeme, Richtlinien und Konzentration auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung
● Berichterstattung an General Ledger Accounting Team Lead
Wer bist Du?
● Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
● Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, WU) und /oder erfolgreich abgelegte Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
● Praktische Erfahrung mit vollständigem Monatsabschlussprozess
● Sicher Umgang mit MS-Office & guter Umgang mit Oracle Netsuite, Medius oder andere EDV Kenntnisse
● Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
● Selbständiger, zuverlässiger und dynamischer Arbeitsstil
● Teamgeist, Humor und Freude an der Arbeit mit Zahlen
