Sales Analytics Manager 

Vienna/Berlin/ - Full-time

What you’ll do:

• Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
• Develop, implement, maintain and QA BI solutions for the sales department
• Provide timely and accurate reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Create and maintain reporting self-service dashboards for key business user from the sales department
• Closely collaborate with Data Analysts ,Data Scientists and Data Engineers in cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and KPI consistency
  
• Create and manage connections between different data systems

What you’ll bring to the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or another quantitative discipline
• 2+ years of professional experience experience in Sales Analytics, Data Analytics or related field (preferably in a fast-growing company)
• Experience in managing large data sets
• Strong working experience with SQL (Python is a plus) 
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau)
• Excellent data storytelling skills - you transform large datasets into a compelling and easily understandable narrative that can be presented to a wide range of audiences, from executives to sales teams
• Analytical & problem solving mindset - you like to create structure & optimize processes
• You bring a hustler mentality - you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results
• Working proficiency in English
