Als sales manager bij GoStudent houd jij je bezig met het binnenhalen van nieuwe gezinnen. Jouw rol is een combinatie van business development en consultative selling, waarbij je warme leads converteert naar tevreden klanten.
Jouw taken:
Als onderdeel van het Nederlands sales team ligt jouw focus zowel op de Nederlandse als Vlaamse markt. Je adviseert ouders over hoe wij hun kinderen het beste kunnen helpen in het krijgen van betere cijfers en meer zelfvertrouwen. Je doet dit door slimme vragen te stellen, het vertrouwen van ouders te winnen en het efficient managen van je pipeline.
Wie je bent:
- Oprecht nieuwsgierig naar het verhaal achter mensen, maar met een commerciële mindset. Die hoef je niet perse te hebben opgedaan in een eerdere sales baan.
- Het verbeteren van het onderwijs op een vernieuwende en creatieve manier, daar krijg jij energie van.
- Je signaleert kansen en grijpt ze wanneer deze zich voordoen.
- Je kunt met iedereen levelen en weet daarom als geen ander de verwachtingen van betrokkenen te managen.
- Doelen zijn er om te halen, niet om bang van te worden.

- GoStudent biedt jou alle tools, trainingen en support. Dit zodat jij in alle vrijheid je eigen ondernemer kan zijn met eigen klanten, omzet én successen.
- Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar en kunt je eigen werktijden indelen; je werkt elke week 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen vanuit huis. Je hebt bij ons ook de mogelijkheid om 5 weken per jaar volledig op afstand werken.
- Het maandelijks salaris start vanaf €2300,-
- Dat aangevuld kan worden met een aantrekkelijke maandelijks bonus-systeem, waarbij je OTE tussen de €40.000 en €45.000 per jaar uit kunt komen.
- Je krijgt 25 vakantiedagen, een goede pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en ook wij hebben een ping-pong tafel 😉. Verder houden wij van een drankje, alcoholisch of niet.
- We zijn erg goed in het vieren van successen.
