As a Guidance Counselor, I had the privilege of supporting students' personal, academic, and social development. I facilitated individual and group counseling sessions, working closely with students to address their challenges and develop strategies for resilience and growth. My role also involved collaborating with parents and teachers to create tailored interventions that promoted the holistic development of each student. I am particularly passionate about fostering mental health awareness and empowering young individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Currently, I apply my skills as an Online ESL Teacher, helping non-native speakers improve their English proficiency. In this role, I develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' learning needs and goals. I focus on creating a supportive and interactive environment that encourages confidence in speaking, writing, and comprehension. This experience has further enhanced my ability to communicate effectively across cultures, adapt to diverse learning styles, and motivate students to succeed. My dual experience as a counselor and educator has strengthened my commitment to empowering individuals, whether by addressing their emotional and psychological needs or by equipping them with the tools for effective communication. Hi! I’m Catherine Solomon, a tutor passionate about turning tricky concepts into “aha!” moments. I teach Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Basic Science, Math, and English, breaking down complex topics into simple steps. My goal is to create a positive space where learning is fun, clear, and rewarding! I hold a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, where I honed problem-solving skills and discovered a passion for teaching as a part-time tutor in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Science, and Math. I’ve also taught English to diverse learners, helping students confidently achieve their academic goals.

Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und Economics Masterstudent aus Graz. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport und unternimm etwas mit Freunden. Vor allem am Fußballplatz oder im Fitnessstudio bin ich des Öfteren aufzufinden. Ich bin ein sehr engagierter, positiver Mensch, der immer motiviert und genau an die Arbeit geht. Ich habe meine Matura an einem Gymnasium in Graz gemacht und habe, nach meinem Zivilersatzdienst, mein Economics Studium begonnen. Mittlerweile bin ich schon im Endspurt des Masters und bin gerade von meinem Auslandssemester in Nizza zurückgekommen. Da ich drei jüngere Brüder habe, habe ich bereits früh damit angefangen Nachhilfe in den unterschiedlichsten Fächern zu geben. Weitere Erfahrungen habe ich während meines Zivilersatzdienstes in Ecuador gesammelt, wo ich Schülern aus armutsgefährdeten Situationen in meiner Tätigkeit als Freizeitbetreuer bei ihren Hausaufgaben unterstützt habe.

Mein Name ist Rick Lupert und ich wurde am 25.09.2001 in Wien geboren. Im Moment studiere ich Literarisches Schreiben in Hildesheim (Niedersachsen). Zuvor habe ich Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaft in Wien studiert. Das hängt mit meinen größten Hobby zusammen: dem Lesen. Ich verschlinge am laufenden Band Romane, Kurzgeschichten und Gedichte; außerdem schreibe ich auch selbst. Ich bin für acht Jahre in Deutsch-Wagram zur Schule gegangen (Volksschule und Neue Mittelschule). Bis zur Matura war ich dann in Wien Floridsdorf im Gymnasium. Danach absolvierte ich meinen Zivildienst in der Obdachloseneinrichtung "Gruft" der Caritas. Zwischen März 2021 und Juni 2024 studierte ich Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaften an der Universität Wien, was ich mit einem Bachelor of Arts abschloss. Aktuell studiere ich Literarisches Schreiben an der Universität Hildesheim. Erfahrung mit Nachhilfe habe ich in meiner Oberstufenzeit gesammelt, wo ich am Programm "Lesepate" teilgenommen und zusammen mit Kindern mit einer anderen Muttersprache Bücher gelesen habe. Außerdem half ich im Rahmen des "Buddy"-Programms bei der Integration Geflüchteter.
