Il mio obiettivo è quello di fornire ai ragazzi un buon metodo di studio per apprendere al meglio la materia che sembra sempre così ostica. Hello, my name is Edden Fernandez. I am 24 years old, and a Licensed Professional Teacher currently teaching English subject in a private school for over a year now. I love to spend time with my friends, and one of my favorite things to do is play pretend school with them. I enjoy helping them learn new things, like spelling words, solving puzzles, or even teaching them songs. I feel happy and proud when I see them understand something because of what I taught them! When I grew up, I dreamt of becoming a teacher because I love sharing what I know and helping others learn. I think teaching is such an important job, and I want to inspire kids to do their best. When I’m not teaching students, I have a lot of hobbies that keep me busy and happy. I love playing table tennis because it’s so exciting and keeps me active. I also enjoy writing stories, especially about fun adventures and inspiring characters. Reading novels is another favorite of mine—I love diving into new worlds and learning from the stories I read. I graduated from Innovative College of Science and Technology in 2023 with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, earning my diploma and Latin honor. My academic journey has been deeply enriching, equipping me with both theoretical knowledge and practical teaching skills that align with the demands of modern education. Hi! Sono una studentessa appassionata di lingue straniere. Parlo fluentemente il tedesco, l'italiano e lo spagnolo. Amo l'Italia ma ho vissuto per diversi periodi all'estero, soprattutto in Germania. Ho avuto esperienze di insegnamento linguistico con ragazzi e ragazze di tutte le età. Credo fermamente che ognuno di noi, con metodi e tecniche differenti e personalizzate, possa apprendere al meglio una o più lingue straniere. Adoro viaggiare, ho moltissimi hobby e sono sempre in movimento. Viel Spaß beim Sprachen lernen :) Mi sono diplomata presso il Liceo Linguistico Leonardo da Vinci di Civitanova Marche, dove ho scoperto la mia passione per le lingue straniere. Durante gli anni di liceo ho conseguito le mie prime certificazioni linguistiche in inglese (B2) e in tedesco (B1), oltre che la patente europea del computer (ECDL). Mi sono laureata alla triennale in Lingue, Letterature, Culture e Traduzione presso La Sapienza di Roma e ho conseguito nella stessa università la laurea magistrale in Scienze Linguistiche, Letterarie e della Traduzione. Tale percorso fa parte di un programma Double-Degree: oltre alla laurea italiana ho conseguito lo stesso titolo in Germania. Durante i miei studi ho svolto altri periodi di studio all'estero, grazie a delle borse di studio, in Germania, Regno Unito, Spagna, Stati Uniti e Austria. Studio le lingue straniere da molti anni, in particolare il tedesco, l'inglese e lo spagnolo, e i miei interessi principali in materia sono: linguistica, letteratura, traduzione, italiano per stranieri, didattica delle lingue moderne e creazione di contenuti didattici.
