So bin ich der Meinung, dass man mit gemütlicher Unterhaltung und einem gemeinsamen Plan gezielt Probleme angehen kann und die Stunde optimal abläuft. Ich habe schon einiges an gutem Feedback von meinen Stammkunden erhalten, da ich die Stunde meist mit etwas Frontalunterricht starte und anhand von Beispielen selbst erkläre, dass erlernte wissen wird dann bestmöglich alleine in Stillarbeit mit ein oder zwei Aufgaben gefestigt. Hier fordere ich natürlich nicht, dass alles perfekt gekonnt und alleine gerechnet werden kann, und biete immer meine Hilfe an, wenn man zwischendurch mal nicht weiter weiß.
