My name is Liezle. I am currently pursuing a career in science as a trainee laboratory assistant within the biochemistry and chemistry fields. Additionally, I’ve run my own business, taught middle school in Asia, and for a few years exercised my creative muscle as a fashion assistant. Anything outdoor involving wine and food with a friend, or a lazy day at the ocean or hanging around in a shopping mall is a good day. I truly love science. I am passionate about learning new things and applying my knowledge to real-world problems. I am always eager to collaborate with others and contribute to the advancement of scientific research, testing and analytical thinking! I am a 3rd year student at the University of South Africa; I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a focus on biochemistry and chemistry. I have also gained valuable experience as a general science educator for a few years, where I taught students within intermediate phase, in the chemistry, physics and biology disciplines. Während meines Physik-Bachelorstudiums habe ich mein Interesse an der Klimaphysik entdeckt. Durch meinen HTL-Abschluss sowie mein intensives Studium bin ich mit den mathematischen und physikalischen Konzepten bestens vertraut. Mein Ziel ist es, Physik und Mathematik so zu erklären, dass sie verständlich und anschaulich werden. Ich habe bereits Erfahrungen in der Nachhilfe gesammelt, indem ich sowohl Freunde als auch Kinder von Verwandten beim Lernen für Schularbeiten und Maturavorbereitungen unterstützt habe. Ich habe im Jahr 2017 meine Matura an der PHTL in Lienz absolviert. Danach begann ich mein Bachelorstudium in Physik an der Karl-Franzens-Universität in Graz, das ich im Jahr 2022 abgeschlossen habe. Derzeit befinde ich mich im Masterstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Atmospheric Physics and Climate.
