I am a qualified English teacher with a BA degree, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a 120 hour TEFL certification, along with over six years of experience teaching English both online and in physical classrooms to learners of all ages and levels, including young children, teenagers and adults. I am dedicated to helping students grow in confidence and find their voice in English, whether they are total beginners, refining their skills, or working towards specific goals such as conversational fluency or travel English. I have also worked with learners who experience learning barriers such as dyslexia, adapting my approach to support their individual needs. My teaching style is interactive, dynamic and adaptable. I focus on developing all areas of language, including reading, writing, speaking and listening, with lessons that are personalised to each student's needs, interests and pace. With younger learners, I use TPR (Total Physical Response), toys, flashcards and other hands on tools to keep lessons fun and engaging. I create a calm, structured and welcoming environment where students of any level feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, learning at their own pace without being rushed or pressured. Teaching online has allowed me to connect with students from all over the world, each with their own goals, whether that is improving their English grades, gaining confidence for travel or everyday life, advancing their career, or simply enjoying the language for its own sake. Hi everyone! My name is Felix and I was born in Austria and have now been living in the UK for more than 3 years. I studied Acting at a University near London and have since moved into the big city. Back at home, I have a horse and I spend every free minute at the stable, doing all sorts of things horse related. At the moment I am building my career as an actor in London and Vienna where I am also teaching at an acting university. Having been to the UK but also having travelled quite a lot, I realise how important English as a language is and how exciting it is to know that no matter where in the world you are, you can always speak to locals, find the good restaurants ;) , meet and connect with the most interesting and diverse people you can find! Therefore, I hope to share my enthusiasm for this language with you! Even though, for most of us, it is simply a subject in school that we are required to pass, actually it is a skill for life and if one can learn that while passing with good grades... why say no? Hey, mein Name ist Mosab und ich bin Medizinstudent in der Vorklinik. Ich habe ein großes Interesse an den Naturwissenschaften, insbesondere an der Physiologie und Pathologie des Menschen. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne mit Freunden unterwegs, mag es zu reisen und neue Orte zu entdecken. Außerdem mache ich gerne Sport – sei es im Gym oder beim Fußballspielen. Für Fußball habe ich ein besonders starkes Interesse und verfolge ihn leidenschaftlich. (Sehr großer Barcelona fan) Ich lebe fast mein gesamtes Leben in Graz, Österreich, und habe hier auch bis zur 3. Klasse die Volksschule besucht. Die 4. Klasse absolvierte ich in Cardiff, Wales, was dort der 5th Primary School entspricht. Unser Auslandsaufenthalt dauerte jedoch nicht lange, und bereits nach einem Jahr zogen wir zurück nach Graz, wo ich direkt ins Gymnasium wechselte. Dieses besuchte ich acht Jahre lang bis zur Matura, die ich mit ausgezeichnetem Erfolg abgeschlossen habe. Anschließend leistete ich ein Jahr Zivildienst in der Betreuung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen, bevor ich schließlich mein lang ersehntes Medizinstudium begann. Aktuell bin ich noch ein Semester davon entfernt, die Vorklinik abzuschließen. Es ist zwar noch ein langer Weg, aber ich genieße ihn.

Hallo, ich bin Gabriel aus Tirol und studiere derzeit Psychologie. Mir ist wichtig, dass Schüler den Stoff wirklich verstehen und nicht nur auswendig lernen. Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, dass Probleme in der Schule oft an kleinen Dingen liegen – und genau dort setze ich an. Ich erkläre Inhalte einfach und verständlich und gehe individuell auf den Schüler ein. Ohne Stress. Dabei lege ich Wert auf eine entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man sich auch traut, Fragen zu stellen. Mein Bildungsweg ist vielseitig: Ich habe sowohl die Matura als auch eine Lehre abgeschlossen und studiere derzeit Psychologie. In der Schule war ich gut, hatte aber nicht immer die Motivation. Gerade deshalb weiß ich, wie wichtig es ist, den Stoff verständlich zu erklären und individuell auf den Schüler einzugehen. Seit meinem Studium hat sich meine eigene Einstellung zum Lernen stark verändert, was ich auch in der Nachhilfe weitergebe.
