Hallo, ich bin Amos! Ich bin Medizinstudent im 4. Jahr mit einem Masterabschluss in Biochemie vom Imperial College London und habe vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Industrie. Ich habe sowohl Kommilitonen an der Universität unterrichtet als auch beruflich Kunden und neue Mitarbeitende in der Biotechnologie geschult – ich weiß also, wie man komplexe Themen verständlich und spannend vermittelt. Ich unterrichte Biologie, Chemie und Englisch und bringe sowohl akademisches Wissen als auch praktische Erfahrung in den Unterricht ein. Mein Unterrichtsstil ist interaktiv und individuell auf die Schüler*innen abgestimmt, mit einem starken Fokus auf Verständnis statt Auswendiglernen. Lernen soll aktiv und mit Freude stattfinden – deshalb arbeite ich mit Fragen, Diskussionen und Übungsaufgaben, die wirklich weiterhelfen. Außerdem teile ich gerne praktische Lern- und Prüfungstipps, die mir selbst im Studium geholfen haben – ideal für Schüler*innen, die sich gezielt auf Prüfungen vorbereiten möchten oder einfach sicherer im Fach werden wollen. Ich bin zweisprachig in Deutsch und Englisch aufgewachsen und habe gute Französischkenntnisse – gerne unterstütze ich auch mehrsprachige Lernende. Derzeit studiere ich Humanmedizin im 4. Jahr und vertiefe mein Wissen insbesondere in den Naturwissenschaften sowie in der klinischen Praxis. Nachhilfe gebe ich seit mehreren Jahren – angefangen mit dem Unterstützen von Kommiliton*innen an der Universität bis hin zu professionellen Schulungen im Beruf. Mein Spezialgebiet ist die Vermittlung von Biologie, Chemie und Englisch auf verschiedenen Niveaus. Hi, Mein Name ist David, ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der JKU in Linz. Vor meinem Studium habe ich eine Lehre als Mechatroniker gemacht und eine HTL in der Abendschule besucht und erfolgreich abgeschloßen. Da in der Schulzeit Mathematik, Englisch und Geografie immer zu meinen besten und auch Lieblingsfächern gehört Nach der Pflichtschule habe ich eine Lehre zum Mechatroniker begonnen und mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen, anschließend habe ich noch die Abschlussprüfung zum Elektriker absolviert und bestanden. Zeitgleich habe ich die HTL Abendschule am Linzer Technikum besucht und erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nach dem Zivildienst den ich in einer Beeinträchtigten Wohneinrichtung absolviert habe, begann ich mein Studium an der JKU mit Wirtschaftswissenschaften.

Good day! I am Princess Ivy Ibanez, 29 years old. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in Mathematics, and have completed 42 units toward a Master of Arts in Teaching, also majoring in Mathematics. I have been teaching Mathematics for eight years, specializing in subjects such as Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, Probability, Statistics, General Mathematics, Abstract Algebra, and Pre-Calculus. One of my most meaningful accomplishments was leading a three-year intervention project for junior high school students who were struggling in Mathematics. Through consistent guidance and strategic teaching approaches, the program was a success—students showed significant improvement and were able to pass their Math subjects. Teaching Mathematics has always been my passion. I believe that with the right guidance and encouragement, every student can build confidence and develop a genuine appreciation for learning math. I love helping students realize that math isn’t just about numbers—it’s about problem-solving, logic, and creative thinking. What excites me most is seeing students go from saying, “I’m not good at math,” to confidently declaring, “I can actually do this!” That moment of transformation is why I teach. Math is everywhere—in nature, art, and technology—and showing students those connections makes learning both meaningful and fun. In my lessons, I focus on making math understandable, practical, and engaging. I break down concepts into clear, manageable steps and use real-world examples so students can see how math applies to everyday life. I also adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles—whether you learn best by watching, doing, or discussing, I make sure each student has a chance to grasp the concept in a way that works for them. My goal is to create a positive environment where mistakes are part of the learning process and every student feels confident to ask questions. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring new places, reading about science and technology, and spending time with friends and family. I also love puzzles and strategy games—anything that challenges my mind, just like math does! I also continue to enhance my pedagogical skills through a TEFL Certificate from Teacher Record, which I earned in August 2025. Professionally, I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a continuous teaching career. I currently serve as a Mathematics Teacher at Aldea National High School, a role I’ve held since 2022. Prior to this, I taught Mathematics at Bayugo National High School from 2018 to 2022. My earlier teaching experience includes serving as an Elementary Teacher (2016–2017) and a High School Teacher (2017–2018) at the California Academy for Lilminius. Teaching Mathematics is undeniably challenging, but I believe that with the right mindset and clearly defined daily objectives, it becomes a powerful and rewarding part of the learning journey. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018.
