I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018. With a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full academic potential. I utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials, including online resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed. My approach focuses on guiding students toward their educational goals, whether transitioning to postsecondary education, pursuing vocational paths, or achieving personal growth. I continuously assess and document both the academic and social progress of my students, maintaining thorough records and analyzing data to inform my teaching strategies. Hallo, ich bin Alisa! Ich bin multikulturell aufgewachsen, spreche vier Sprachen und liebe es, neue zu lernen und zu reisen, um in andere Kulturen einzutauchen. Ich bin sehr geduldig und finde es bereichernd, mit meinen Schülern Themen zu zerlegen, damit sie ein intuitives Verständnis für die Fächer entwickeln. Neben meiner Tätigkeit als Nachhilfelehrerin, bin ich in meinem persönlichen Leben auch sehr an Musik und Literatur interessiert. Nach 7 Jahren an einer österreichischen Schule, habe meine IGCSEs und das International Baccalaureate an einer britischen Schule abgeschlossen. Derzeit bin ich an der JKU in Linz eingeschrieben und stehe kurz vor Beginn meines 4. Semesters des AI-Bachelorstudiums, welches wie meine vorherige Ausbildung auf Englisch abgehalten wird. Sowohl in der Schule als auch an der Universität lag der Schwerpunkt meiner Ausbildung auf Mathematik.

I love tutoring because guiding learners to understand complex ideas excites me. Outside teaching, I enjoy singing and exploring new hobbies. I hold a Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics at Far Eastern University and a PhD in Educational Leadership at Unibersidad de Dagupan. I began my studies at Cenaturi Combined School, where I attended from Grade 1 through Grade 7. For my secondary education, I attended Thohoyandou Secondary School, where I further developed this academic focus. The rigorous curriculum in subjects like Physical Science and Advanced Mathematics was instrumental in preparing me for the challenges of higher education and solidified my ambition to pursue a field rooted in technical problem-solving and innovation. I am currently advancing my studies at the University of Johannesburg, where I am enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering program specializing in Electrical Engineering. My coursework has provided me with a deep and practical understanding of key engineering principles. I am actively developing specializations in several core areas, including: Electronic Circuit Design: Analyzing and designing analog and digital circuits. Power Systems: Understanding the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power. Signal Processing: Learning techniques to analyze and manipulate analog and digital signals. Engineering Mathematics: Applying advanced mathematical concepts to solve complex engineering problems.
