Hi, I’m Jeane! I’m a passionate English teacher who loves helping students connect with literature and language in fun and creative ways. I strive to make learning exciting with lively discussions, role-playing, and fun activities, all while sparking curiosity and building confidence in my students. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me watching movies on Netflix and making sure I hit my 10,000 steps every day, which keeps me energized and motivated throughout the day. I am a Physical Therapy graduate and have completed a Teaching & Demo course with New York Universities as an international student. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in teaching strategies, language, and literature. Through my studies, I developed the ability to design well-structured lessons that cater to individual students’ needs. After finishing my TEFL course and got certified, I gained experience in creating engaging activities and incorporating real-world examples to enhance student comprehension and make an interactive, enjoyable learning experience.

My name is Arcel, and I’m 29 years old. I'm a Math teacher but I can also teach Science (Biology & Chemistry) and Sociology. I like also playing basketball and guitar—two activities that allow me to express myself creatively and stay active. Whether it’s on the basketball court or playing my favorite songs, I enjoy the challenge and the connections these hobbies bring. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math) from Northern Mindanao Colleges Inc. in April 2016. Shortly after, I successfully passed the licensure examination for teachers in September 2016. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Teaching Mathematics. My passion for mathematics and my dedication to education drive me to help students discover the beauty and relevance of the subject. Teaching is a profession I am deeply committed to, as I believe it is through education that I can make a lasting impact on students' lives. My goal as an educator is not only to help students master mathematical concepts but also to inspire them to develop a genuine interest in the subject. I understand that many students find math challenging, which is why I believe that patience and the right approach are key to helping them overcome obstacles. Hello! I’m Teacher Kolleen, a passionate and dedicated educator with seven years of teaching and tutoring experience. I have had the privilege of teaching a wide range of subjects—Math, English, and Science for primary and lower secondary students, as well as Music, Arts, and Computer Technology at the upper secondary level. My greatest motivation comes from witnessing those “Aha!” moments when students finally grasp challenging concepts. I particularly enjoy guiding learners through mathematics, and I have successfully helped both local and international students prepare for assessments such as the National Achievement Test (NAT). My teaching approach is dynamic, student-centered, and engaging. I adapt to each learner’s unique needs by incorporating visual aids, charts, and digital tools for visual learners. I make lessons meaningful by connecting academic concepts to real-life examples and integrating interactive activities like puzzles, word hunts, and Sudoku to sustain interest and curiosity. For example, when teaching Linear Functions—a topic students often find abstract—I relate it to everyday experiences, such as calculating a taxi fare. This helps them understand slope and y-intercept intuitively before translating them into equations, tables, and graphs. By combining hands-on examples, visuals, and guided practice, I help students gain confidence and clarity. Outside the classroom, I nurture my creativity through music and art—I love singing, painting, and playing the piano, guitar, and ukulele. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education, major in General Education. During my undergraduate years, I was an Academic Excellence Awardee, a Dean’s Lister, and a scholar under the Tulong Pang-Edukasyon para sa Bulakenyo program. I also served as Treasurer of the COEd-Generalist Society and worked as a student assistant at the College of Science and Mathematics. To further enhance my leadership and management skills, I am currently completing my thesis for the Master of Arts in Educational Management at Bulacan State University Graduate School, having already finished 39 academic units. I also continue to expand my knowledge through online learning. At the University of the Philippines Open University, I completed micro courses in Graphic Design and Typography, Business Analytics, and Technology for Teaching and Learning. In addition, I trained with Canva Design School, taking up programs such as AI in the Classroom, Graphic Design Essentials, and Teaching Essentials. Over the years, I’ve also developed strong skills in online teaching, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Suites, and Canva Professional. As a Licensed Professional Teacher, I believe that continuous learning and innovation are key to empowering today’s learners and preparing them for the future.

Ich bin Johanna, eine 21-jährige aufgeweckte Oberösterreicherin und Marketingstudentin an der FH Wieselburg. Meine Leidenschaft gilt der Natur und all den spannenden Aktivitäten, die sie mit sich bringt – ob Ski fahren, Wandern, Schwimmen oder Laufen. Als Familien- und Freundschaftsmensch genieße ich jeden aufregenden Moment mit ihnen, ob auf Reisen, Ausflügen oder einfach einen ruhigen Moment auf unserem idyllischen Bauernhof. Ich freue mich über jedes Gesicht, dem ich etwas Neues beibringen darf. Zurzeit kann ich Campus Wieselburg der Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt Produktmarketing und Projektmanagement studieren. Das Wintersemester 2024/25 habe ich in den Niederlanden in Den Haag in einem aufregenden Auslandsemester verbracht, das mich in vielerlei Hinsicht weitergebracht hat. Ich habe meine Teamfähigkeit, interkulturellen Kompetenzen und Sprachkenntnisse erweitert und bin begeistert! Vor meinem Studium war ich an der HBLA Elmberg im Grünen von Linz, obwohl es sich hierbei um meine Landwirtschaftsschule handelte, habe ich meinen Fokus auf den Unternehmensführungszweig gelegt und konnte dort meine Leidenschaft für Marketing, Sprachen und vor allem Geschichte entdecken. Ich habe schon immer mit Freude und Engagement Nachhilfe gegeben, allerdings nur im familiären und freundschaftlichen Umfeld. Daher freue ich mich umso mehr, hier neue Bekanntschaften zu machen und meine Begeisterung für das Unterrichten mit anderen zu teilen.
