About Me Hello! My name is Mary Ann Suizo, and I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a love for fostering growth and curiosity in students. I have always believed in the transformative power of education, and my goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. With experience in Mathematics areas such as General Mathematics and Statistics and Probability, also in Science for General Physics 1 and 2, I aim to inspire a love of learning and develop critical thinking skills that students can carry with them throughout their lives. Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing Lawn Tennis as my sports and Reading and Studying nonfiction books especially an inspirational and motivational true to life journey which help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my teaching. Education I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Education with a major in Mathematics. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Education, also with a major in Mathematics which provided me with a solid foundation in both pedagogical theory and subject-specific knowledge. Through my studies, I developed a strong understanding of how to create lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs, while also fostering a positive classroom environment. Additionally, I have participated in professional development trainings, seminars and workshops for the past years, ensuring that I stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and educational tools. My educational journey continues as I strive to refine my skills and become a better teacher for my students every day.

Hi, I’m Cherry Mae Quijano, a passionate educator with a deep love for mathematics. I strive to make complex concepts accessible and enjoyable for my students. My mission is to foster critical thinking, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning. I focus on creating a student-centered environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to achieve their fullest potential. I hold a bachelor’s in secondary education, majoring in mathematics, and am pursuing a master’s in education. I teach general mathematics and statistics with a focus on active participation and critical thinking. Beyond the classroom, I mentor students, coach for competitions, and foster a growth mindset. My goal is to inspire curiosity and empower students.

Hallo, mein Name ist Paul und ich bin 31 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus Graz und habe auch dort studiert. Schon während der Schulzeit konnte ich feststellen, dass mir Mathematik sehr viel Spaß macht. Insbesondere während meines Studiums der Bauingenieurwissenschaften wurde mir klar, dass ich mein erworbenes Wissen gerne weitergeben möchte. Ich arbeite jetzt bereits seit über 4 Jahren als Tutor für Mathematik, Physik und Mechanik. In dieser Zeit habe ich eine Vielzahl von Schülern aller Altersklassen während des laufenden Schuljahres betreut, sei es bei der Prüfungsvorbereitung oder auch bei Fragen zu Hausaufgaben. Mit vielen Schülern habe ich eine Matura/Abitur-Vorbereitung gemacht, die dann allesamt erfolgreich die Schule abschließen konnten. Auch einigen Studenten konnte ich bereits zu guten Prüfungsnoten verhelfen. Die Arbeit mit den verschiedensten Schülern macht mir sehr viel Spaß, und vor allem freut es mich, wenn die Schüler ihre Noten verbessern können. Neben meiner Tätigkeit als Tutor verbringe ich gerne Zeit draußen an der frischen Luft, sei es beim Tennisspielen, Laufen oder Wandern mit meiner Frau und unserem Hund. Es würde mich freuen, wenn ich auch dir weiterhelfen könnte. Nach der VS Raaba habe ich das BRG Petersgasse besucht. An dieser AHS mit Schwerpunkt Mathematik habe ich 2012 maturiert. Nach dem Zivildienst habe ich das Bachelorstudium der Bauingenieurwissenschaften an der TU Graz begonnen, welches ich im Juni 2021 erfolgreich abschließen konnte.
