Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. Mes prénoms sont Luiz & Kévin, mais en général je préfère qu'on m'appelle Kévin, c'est plus facile à prononcer. Je suis actuellement en 4e année d'un cursus d'Ingénieur en Informatique. S'agissant de mon parcours scolaire, j'ai été en primaire bilangue français-anglais, puis au collège où j'étais en classes "bilangues". Puis j'ai intégré un lycée international américain où j'étais en série scientifique spécialités maths et sciences physiques, où j'ai eu mon bac en 2019. Puis j'ai fait 2 ans en prépa MP (c'est maths et physique) et de septembre 2021 à 2022 j'étais à l'ENSIM, une école d'ingénieur au Mans, spécialité Informatique. J'ai commencé un Master Architecte Logiciel et Développeur d'application (c'est du développement pour faire simple) en mars 2023 et je le suis toujours actuellement. Niveau compétences, je suis à l'aise en Maths, Physique-Chimie, Biologie, Français et Anglais, Allemand niveau collège et Informatique. Côté informatique, je m'y connais dans la bureautique, l'infographie, la science de données, la programmation web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript...), l'algorithmique et des langages tels que C, Python et Java, notions que j'ai vues à partir du lycée. Donc si vous faites NSI et que vous cherchez un tuteur, je suis disponible 🤓💻. Mon expérience ? Je dispense des cours depuis ma 3e. J'avais commencé avec l'anglais puis le français à des non-francophones à partir de 1ère. J'ai commencé à soutenir des élèves dans des matières scientifiques à partir de la prépa. J'ai également des antécédents avec des personnes atteints de troubles de l'apprentissage, la plupart présentait un TDAH et un autre un TSA. J'aime beaucoup les langues, de ce fait je parle couramment français et anglais, l'allemand basique et suis des cours de japonais en plus. Concernant mes passe-temps, je fais du basket, malheureusement pas au niveau pro, je dessine, je cuisine, je danse et écoute de la musique, je lis des livres (en anglais surtout), je joue aux jeux vidéo, j'aime également les mangas et les animés (J'en ai plus de 150 à mon actif 😉); je m'organise aussi des voyages quand mes heures libres me le permettent. J'ai débuté ma 4e année depuis mars, donc je ne suis disponible que le week-end J'ai obtenu un baccalauréat scientifique option Maths et Physique en 2019. J'ai été en classes préparatoires MPSI et MP (Mathématiques, Physique et Sciences de l'ingénieur) de 2019 à 2021. J'ai été admis et j'ai commencé mon parcours d'ingénieur en Informatique à l'ENSIM au Mans en Septembre 2021. En mars 2023, j'entre en Master of Science à l'ETNA.
