My name is Arcel, and I’m 29 years old. I'm a Math teacher but I can also teach Science (Biology & Chemistry) and Sociology. I like also playing basketball and guitar—two activities that allow me to express myself creatively and stay active. Whether it’s on the basketball court or playing my favorite songs, I enjoy the challenge and the connections these hobbies bring. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math) from Northern Mindanao Colleges Inc. in April 2016. Shortly after, I successfully passed the licensure examination for teachers in September 2016. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Teaching Mathematics. My passion for mathematics and my dedication to education drive me to help students discover the beauty and relevance of the subject. I began my studies at Cenaturi Combined School, where I attended from Grade 1 through Grade 7. For my secondary education, I attended Thohoyandou Secondary School, where I further developed this academic focus. The rigorous curriculum in subjects like Physical Science and Advanced Mathematics was instrumental in preparing me for the challenges of higher education and solidified my ambition to pursue a field rooted in technical problem-solving and innovation. I am currently advancing my studies at the University of Johannesburg, where I am enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering program specializing in Electrical Engineering. My coursework has provided me with a deep and practical understanding of key engineering principles. I am actively developing specializations in several core areas, including: Electronic Circuit Design: Analyzing and designing analog and digital circuits. Power Systems: Understanding the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power. Signal Processing: Learning techniques to analyze and manipulate analog and digital signals. Engineering Mathematics: Applying advanced mathematical concepts to solve complex engineering problems. This technical knowledge, combined with the fundamental skills built throughout my schooling, allows me to confidently tutor subjects like Mathematics and Physical Science. I can explain not only the 'how' but also the 'why,' by connecting school-level topics to their real-world engineering applications, making learning more engaging and meaningful for my students.

Hallo, ich heiße Matthias, bin 23 Jahre. Ich komme aus einem kleinen Bauerndorf in Niederösterreich, aber wohne zur Zeit in Linz, weil ich im 7. Semester Medizin studiere. Ich habe drei Geschwister, denen ich vor Tests und Schularbeiten immer den Stoff durchgehe. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne wandern, schwimmen und radfahren. Außerdem reise ich für mein Leben gerne. So oft es geht, habe ich meine Kamera bei mir und mache Fotos.

Ich bin zurzeit Master Student an der Technischen Universität Graz für Physics, habe demnach auch schon einen Bachelor of Science in Physik. Ich mache leidenschaftlich gerne Sport, darunter Fußball, Tennis, Volleyball und Kraftsport. Ansonsten beschäftige ich mich in meiner Freizeit viel mit Musik, da ich Schalgzeug und Klavier spiele, oder auch mit dem Kochen für mich und meine Freundin. Sowohl meine Schwester als auch meine Mutter sind Lehrerinnen an einer Mittelschule, weswegen ich bereits viel second-hand Erfahrung mit Pädagogik habe. "First-hand" Erfahrung habe ich dadurch, dass ich meinen Zivildienst an einem Kindergarten ausgeübt habe und während des Studiums Tutor für Erst-Semestrige StudentInnen war. Nun würde ich gerne als Nebenjob anderen Kindern dabei helfen, die Sachverhalte zu verstehen, die mich selbst so interresieren. Wie zuvor erwähnt bin ich zurzeit Physik Master-Student an der Technischen Universität Graz. Davor habe ich meinen Bachelor of Science in Technischer Physik mit ausgezeichnetem Erfolg an der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz abgeschlossen. Und davor habe ich meine Matura an einem Bundes-Real-Gymnasium in Linz abgeschlossen.

Ich bin Mama, habe einen Hund und singe gerne. Außerdem bin ich gerne mit meiner Familie draußen in der Natur. Ich habe fünf Jahre in Irland gelebt und habe dort Deutsch als Fremdsprache unterrichtet. Mittels Kinesiologie kann ich auch optimal bei Lernblockaden unterstützen. Ich habe an der Fachhochschule St. Pölten Medientechnik studiert und mein Diplom im Jahr 2006 mit Dipl.-Ing. (FH) abgeschlossen. In den letzten zwei Jahren habe ich ebenso eine Ausbildung über Traditionelle Europäische Medizin als auch eine Diplomausbildung zur Kinesiologin abgeschlossen. Während meines Studiums habe ich bereits Nachhilfe in Mathematik gegeben und während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes habe ich Deutsch als Fremdsprache unterrichtet. Im Familienkreis habe ich Englisch und SQL Nachhilfe gegeben.
