I’m a lively and creative tutor who makes learning English, English Literature, and Creative Writing exciting for students from elementary to Grade 12. I also teach elementary Geography and Biology, high school and introductory university Psychology, as well as high school Sociology. My lessons inspire curiosity, build confidence, and make learning engaging and fun! I completed my grade 12 high school diploma at Oaklands Secondary School in Cape Town, South Africa. I worked for several years as an educator at various schools in South Africa, teaching from grades 6 to 12. My subjects were English and Afrikaans at the senior level, and Biology and Geography at the elementary level. I am now completing my final year of a Bachelor of Arts degree, with majors in English and Psychology. I have also completed a certificate in The Principles of Human Resources.

Throughout my academic journey, I consistently performed well in Ordinary Level and Advanced Level examinations, particularly in mathematics and science-based subjects, which provided me with a solid foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking. Mein Name ist Tobias und interessiere mich sehr für Sprachen, Geschichte und Archäologie. Es macht mir Spaß, Menschen zu helfen, und ich glaube, dass ich auf Schüler/innen und ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse gut eingehen kann. Neben meinem Studium verbringe ich viel Zeit mit meinen Freunden und beim Sport. Ich habe das Europagymnasium Klagenfurt besucht (bilinguale Klasse Deutsch-Englisch). Neben einigen Fächern, die ganz auf Englisch unterrichtet wurden, hatte ich Französisch als Hauptfach für 6 Jahre (Niveau B1), Latein als Hauptfach für 4 Jahre (somit das Latinum) und Spanisch für 3 Jahre. Anschließend studierte ich Alte Geschichte und Altertumskunde sowie Archäologie im BA an der Uni Graz. Im Zuge dessen absolvierte ich das Graecum, ohne dem ich das Studium nicht abschließen hätte dürfen. Meinen MA mache ich derzeit in Athen (Greek and Eastern Mediterranean Archaeology) auf Englisch und ziehe danach wieder nach Graz. Neben soliden Kenntnissen in allgemeiner Geschichte und profunden Kenntnissen in Alter Geschichte kann ich vorweisen, Englisch auf Niveau C1 zu besitzen (bescheinigt durch TOEFL). Bereits in meiner Schulzeit gab ich Nachhilfe (v. a. an Verwandte), sowie während meines Bachelors (in Englisch, Mathe und Latein).

Hallo! Ich heiße Bianca, bin 24 Jahre alt und komme aus Niederösterreich. Derzeit studiere ich Finance an der Nova SBE in Lissabon. Ich liebe es zu reisen und hatte bereits während meines Bachelors in Wirtschaftschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften die Gelegenheit, ein Auslandssemester in Austin, Texas zu verbringen. Diese Erfahrungen waren wirklich toll und haben mich nicht nur akademisch, sondern auch persönlich weitergebracht. Außerdem gehe ich in meiner Freizeit gerne reiten, treffe Freunde oder koche. Meine Matura habe ich an der Handelsakademie Ybbs an der Donau absolviert. Danach studierte ich Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften an der WU und setze nun mit einem Master in Finance an der Nova SBE in Lissabon fort. Weiters konnte ich durch Praktika auch schon wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Controlling sammeln. Schon während der Schulzeit habe ich gerne MitschülerInnen bei Problemen unterstützt und später auch Bekannten sowie Verwandten Nachhilfe gegeben. Dies hat mir gezeigt, wie viel Spaß mir das Erklären von verschiedensten Themen macht. Augrund meines wirtschaftlichen und quantitativen Hintergrunds konzentriere ich mich in der Nachhilfe besonders auf diese Bereiche.
