Hello, I’m Rainah, an educator since 2015 with a passion for teaching Mathematics. I’ve taught students from elementary to tertiary levels, including online classes for US-based learners. Additionally, I’ve authored two books under MSA Publishing: Math Olympiad Reviewer and Elementary Algebra Workbook, designed to help students excel in mathematics. I’ve also held leadership roles, including serving as General Education Program Head and Senior High School Assistant Principal. My mission as an educator is to foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that inspires growth and critical thinking. Teaching is more than a profession to me—it’s my calling, and I am committed to empowering my students to reach their full potential. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics. I am a licensed professional teacher and TEFL certified, which allows me to teach students from diverse backgrounds. I chose to become a math teacher because of my deep passion for the subject and the joy I find in helping students discover its beauty and real-world applications. Teaching, for me, is the best option as it allows me to inspire and shape the minds of the next generation while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom.

Mi chiamo Cataldo e sono uno studente del corso di laurea magistrale in Filologia, Letteratura e Tradizione Classica presso l'università Alma Mater Studiorum di Bologna. Sono sempre stato appassionato di didattica e di insegnamento, pertanto sono sempre alla ricerca di tecniche utili e funzionali a trasmettere la mia passione per il latino e per il greco. Per quanto queste lingue possano sembrare ostiche e inaccessibili, basta poco per accedere alla giusta chiave di lettura. Ogni lezione sarà personalizzata, in base alle esigenze del singolo e alle proprie tecniche di studio e memorizzazione. While teaching is my passion, my hobbies play a huge role in shaping who I am and how I connect with others. I’m an avid traveler and love immersing myself in different cultures. Whether it’s exploring bustling cities or peaceful countryside, every journey inspires me and often gives me ideas to make my lessons more engaging. Photography is another passion of mine—I enjoy capturing unique perspectives, especially during my travels. It’s not just about taking pictures; it’s about storytelling and finding beauty in the ordinary. I’m also a fan of trying new things in the kitchen, experimenting with international recipes. Hi! I am Lyka Anne I. Gabuat, I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree, specializing in Teaching Mathematics to middle school and high school students. For 6 years, I have taught math courses to senior high school students, specifically Calculus, Statistics and Probabilities and General Mathematics. I also have a short but extensive experience teaching IB, A-level and IGCSE math’ through an after-school program in China. At present, I am an online private tutor catering students who are struggling in mathematics. At present, I’m a freelance private math tutor. I like to see my students have fun as they learn new ideas and concepts. I believe that every student is unique, and it's our responsibility as educators to nurture their individual strengths and help them reach their full potential. I graduated from University of Baguio, Philippines last may of 2016 and got my teaching license the same year. I worked in the same University from August 2016 - December 2022 as Senior High School math teacher. I went to China in the following year to tutor International students and come back for personal reasons. At the moment, I'm a freelance Math tutor catering primary school to senior high school students thru online and face-to-face platform. I am also a unit earner (25 units) in Masters in Education Major in Mathematics. In addition, I have B2 level Certificate in International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
