Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. As an educator, I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University in the Philippines. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and the Electrical Engineering industry, with a particular focus on renewable energy. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. Ich bin promoviert in Chemie und interessiert in vielen natur- und gesellschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereichen. Ich bemühe mich um Kontakt auf Augenhöhe und Spaß am Lernen, da ich davon überzeugt bin, dass dies Grundvoraussetzungen für einen Lernerfolg sind. Ich bin zuverlässig und gewissenhaft. Ich habe Chemie studiert an verschiedenen Hochschulen im In- und Ausland. Ich habe zu meiner Forschung am Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung in Computerchemie promoviert. Aktuell bin ich wieder eingeschrieben zum Promotionsstudium in Philosophie an der Universität Münster.

Hey, ich bin Finn und habe vor zwei Jahren mein Abitur gemacht. Seit dem bin ich unterwegs, wie z.B. in Portugal, Südamerika oder Asien. Ich liebe es Sport zu machen, sei es Turnen, Surfen, Skifahren oder Volleyball spielen. Mein Ziel ist es, das Lernen so spaßig wie möglich zu gestalten und trotzdem den Stoff effizient beizubringen. 😁 Ich war auf dem Mörike- Gymnasium in Ludwigsburg und habe auch dort schon privat Nachhilfe angeboten. Ich hatte Deutsch und Englisch- Leistungskurs im Abitur und habe mein Englisch vor allem in den letzten zwei Jahren im Ausland weiterentwickelt. Mir ist es wichtig, dass jeder sich während der Stunde wohl fühlt, da Schule für viele Kinder schwerer ist, als viele denken. Daher ist es von großer Bedeutung, wenigstens in den Nachhilfestunden den Spaß am Lernen zu fördern.
