Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. While teaching is my passion, my hobbies play a huge role in shaping who I am and how I connect with others. I’m an avid traveler and love immersing myself in different cultures. Whether it’s exploring bustling cities or peaceful countryside, every journey inspires me and often gives me ideas to make my lessons more engaging. Photography is another passion of mine—I enjoy capturing unique perspectives, especially during my travels. Hola! Ich bin Olenka (27 Jahre alt) Ich bin eine sehr offene Person. Ich liebe Reisen und verschiedene Leute und Kulturen kennenzulernen. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Peru und habe ich 9 Jahren in Deutschland gelebt. Da ich im Fachabitur Spanisch als Fach hatte und es meine Muttersprache ist, habe ich schon oft deutschen Mitschülern und Freunden geholfen, meine Sprache zu erlernen. Es würde mich freuen, wenn auch du eine/r von ihnen werden willst!l Mit einem Abschluss in Sozialarbeit und Heimerziehung von der Hochschule Heidelberg im Jahr 2023 und meiner Erfahrung als Spanischlehrerin an der deutschen Schule in Madrid biete ich effektive Nachhilfe in Spanisch an. Seit 2019 habe ich auch umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Online-Nachhilfe durch meine Tätigkeit bei GoStudent gesammelt. Mein Ziel ist es, Schülern jeden Alters dabei zu helfen, ihre Spanischkenntnisse zu verbessern und selbstbewusst in der Sprache zu kommunizieren.

Mexiko, Österreich, Frankreich - und das alleine sind nur meine Staatsbürgerschaften. Meine Begeisterung für fremde Sprachen und Kulturen kennt keine Grenzen. Aufgewachsen bin ich an der Küste Mexikos, als Kind französischer und österreichischer Eltern, und bin im Alter von 15 Jahren nach einem kurzen Zwischenstopp in Marokko nach Österreich in ein Internat zum Zwecke meiner Ausbildung gezogen. Selbst in meiner Freizeit befasse ich mich leidenschaftlich gerne mit anderen Kulturen und Sprachen und lerne neben meinem IBWL Studium Italienisch. Andere Hobbys von mir sind Tanzen und in den Ferien die Berge Österreichs zu erkunden. Ich besuchte die Grundschule in Cancún, Mexiko. Die Unterstufe machte ich an der Schweizer Schule in Mexiko-Stadt. Für die Oberstufe wechselte ich in ein Internat in Gmunden, Oberösterreich. Seit Oktober 2020 studiere ich Internationale Betriebswirtschaft an der Universität Wien.
