Hi, I’m Chelle, an enthusiastic educator on a mission to transform the way students connect with the English language. I believe that every word holds the power to inspire, communicate, and create. My passion lies in helping students unlock this potential by improving their communication skills and developing a lifelong appreciation for literature and language. From untangling the complexities of grammar to guiding students in crafting powerful narratives, I strive to make every lesson engaging, relevant, and impactful. My teaching philosophy is rooted in innovation, creativity, and a deep commitment to meeting students where they are in their learning journey. At the core of my work is a desire to empower students—giving them the tools and confidence to express themselves authentically and tackle life’s challenges with clarity and courage. For me, teaching is not just about education; it’s about inspiring growth, fostering connection, and igniting a passion for learning that lasts a lifetime. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which has equipped me with a solid understanding of human behavior, cognitive processes, and emotional well-being. My academic background has been the foundation for my professional journey in both the fields of guidance counseling and education. As a Guidance Counselor, I had the privilege of supporting students' personal, academic, and social development. I facilitated individual and group counseling sessions, working closely with students to address their challenges and develop strategies for resilience and growth. My role also involved collaborating with parents and teachers to create tailored interventions that promoted the holistic development of each student. Elaine B.

Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. As an educator, I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. My goal is to make students feel comfortable and confident, encouraging them to share their hobbies, interests, and personal experiences. I incorporate these elements into lessons and practice problems, making the learning process more relatable, enjoyable, and aligned with their unique passions. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University in the Philippines. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and the Electrical Engineering industry, with a particular focus on renewable energy. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and real-world applications, ensuring that students not only develop strong academic foundations but also acquire the practical skills and insights needed to excel in their careers. I believe in providing students with a well-rounded learning experience that prepares them for the dynamic challenges of the engineering world, particularly in emerging sectors like renewable energy. As I continue to grow professionally, I look forward to further contributing to the academic community, sharing my knowledge, and learning from others to enhance both my teaching and industry practice.

I completed my Masters Degree in Management and following this I trained to be a teacher, teaching Business Studies and Economics to students aged 14-18 in state secondary schools before making the move to tutoring.
