Me encanta enseñar y llevo siendo profesora de inglés y apoyo a primaria durante 10 años. Me apasiona dar clases a todos los niveles tratando siempre de innovar y de hacerlo todo de forma lúdica, sobre todo para los niños. Creo firmemente en la adquisición de una segunda lengua de forma natural y lúdica, siempre por medio de cuentos, canciones y juegos, todo ello en una atmósfera de confianza. Soy especialista en crear mi propio material adaptado siempre a las necesidades de los alumnos. En cuanto a lo personal, mi gran pasión son mi hijo, los animales, la naturaleza, el bricolaje, y las manualidades. Me encanta pasar tiempo en el campo con mi hijo y mis perros mientras aprendemos cosas nuevas sobre la naturaleza. También soy bastante casera, suelo enfrascarme horas y horas (muchas veces nocturnas) en mi despacho creando materiales para mis clases o arreglando cosillas de casa. Soy licenciada en filología inglesa desde el año 2012. Una vez finalizada la carrera decidí hacer un máster en docencia bilingûe en infantil, primaria y secundaria ya que siempre me he interesado por la enseñanza bilingûe. Actualmente acabo de terminar un ciclo superior de educación infantil.

Hello! I’m Teacher Nest, and with over two years of experience teaching English as a second language, I’m passionate about fostering a love for learning. My teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking and creativity through engaging projects and collaborative activities. I create an inclusive, welcoming classroom where every student feels valued and confident. My specialties are speaking classes, meaning I encourage the students to express themselves more in a non-restrictive environment to hone their fluency in English speaking that would be very useful in either their educational goals and or other endeavors outside of a classroom setting (e.g. travelling abroad, work meetings, meeting new people from diverse backgrounds, and etc...) Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading Shakespeare and participating in law debates, which enriches my lessons with real-world insights. My goal is to inspire students to think critically, express themselves confidently, and become lifelong learners and engaged global citizens. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Financial Management) and Certifications as a Professional Paralegal and in Microsoft IC3. With an experience in teaching English to diverse students, I’ve developed custom curricula, integrated technology, and applied differentiated instruction to meet individual needs. I’m also active in my School of Law Debate Team, which has enhanced my approach to student engagement and development. Through ongoing professional development and collaboration, I’m committed to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. My background in business, law, and education equips me to offer a well-rounded teaching approach that prepares students for success beyond the classroom.
