Hello there! I'm Rochelle and I'm excited to be your tutor! I have a degree in Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics and also a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. I've been a teacher for 6 years now, handling various subjects in Junior High School and Senior High School, age ranging from 10 to 23 years old. I am also an international coach in Mathematics Olympiad. I have a license as a professional teacher which I acquired last 2018. As an educator, my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to excel when given the right support, guidance, and opportunities to learn. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher certified by Professional Regulation Commission with a Degree in Mathematics and 6 years of experience in managing the workplace and classrooms. I have a degree in Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics where I’ve been honing my skills in teaching and further expanding my knowledge in the field of education. I started this journey in 2019, and completed it this September 2024. I earned my degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Mathematics, in 2018. During my time there, I was a Dean’s Lister, demonstrating my passion and dedication to academic excellence. I graduated as Class Valedictorian during my Elementary and Secondary School. In terms of experience, I’ve been teaching as a Senior High School Teacher II since October 2021. I’ve had the opportunity to handle various subjects, including Mathematics, Practical Research, and Accounting related subjects. Before this, I had a brief stint as a substitute teacher in September 2021, and I also taught for three years at Jose Rizal Institute from 2018 to 2021, teaching Mathematics to both junior and senior high school students. I have already attended various trainings and seminars in Mathematics. Aside from that, I won different competitions in Mathematics, the recent was as a winning coach for National Olympiad and set to compete in International Olympiad. Through my experiences in different teaching environments, I’ve developed a strong foundation in instructional methods and a deep commitment to helping students excel in their academic pursuits. Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Yasmin et j'ai 23 ans. Après avoir obtenu une licence de droit , je suis aujourd'hui étudiante en 3e année de langues étrangères appliquées (LEA) Anglais-Italien à l'université de Montpellier. Actuellement en Erasmus à l'Università degli studi di Torino à Turin, j'aspire à devenir professeur d'anglais comme l'enseignement me passionne. Dans cette optique j'ai pu faire une année de césure en Irlande durant laquelle j'ai perfectionné mon anglais. Par ailleurs, je suis née en Italie, et j'y ai vécu plus de dix ans, ce qui fait de moi une bilingue en italien, de plus je parle aussi très bien l'espagnol et l'arabe. J'aime beaucoup lire, voyager, regarder des séries et des films et je suis admiratrice de la culture asiatique. J'espère pouvoir adopter une méthode d'enseignement qui sera non seulement pertinente mais aussi amusante tant pour l'élève que pour moi même ! J'ai obtenu mon baccalauréat avec un 20 en anglais, en italien et en espagnol. J'ai aussi une licence de droit que j'ai obtenu à l'université de Grenoble. Aujourd'hui je suis en 3e année de LEA (Langues Étrangères Appliquées) anglais-italien. Je suis actuellement en Erasmus à l'Università degli Studi di Torino en Italie afin de compléter ma Licence.
