Hello there! I'm Rochelle and I'm excited to be your tutor! I have a degree in Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics and also a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. I've been a teacher for 6 years now, handling various subjects in Junior High School and Senior High School, age ranging from 10 to 23 years old. I am also an international coach in Mathematics Olympiad. I have a license as a professional teacher which I acquired last 2018. As an educator, my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to excel when given the right support, guidance, and opportunities to learn. My role as a teacher is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel confident to express their ideas, take risks, and explore their potential. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher certified by Professional Regulation Commission with a Degree in Mathematics and 6 years of experience in managing the workplace and classrooms. I have a degree in Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics where I’ve been honing my skills in teaching and further expanding my knowledge in the field of education. I started this journey in 2019, and completed it this September 2024. I earned my degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Mathematics, in 2018. During my time there, I was a Dean’s Lister, demonstrating my passion and dedication to academic excellence. I graduated as Class Valedictorian during my Elementary and Secondary School. In terms of experience, I’ve been teaching as a Senior High School Teacher II since October 2021. I’ve had the opportunity to handle various subjects, including Mathematics, Practical Research, and Accounting related subjects. Before this, I had a brief stint as a substitute teacher in September 2021, and I also taught for three years at Jose Rizal Institute from 2018 to 2021, teaching Mathematics to both junior and senior high school students. I have already attended various trainings and seminars in Mathematics. Aside from that, I won different competitions in Mathematics, the recent was as a winning coach for National Olympiad and set to compete in International Olympiad. Through my experiences in different teaching environments, I’ve developed a strong foundation in instructional methods and a deep commitment to helping students excel in their academic pursuits. Mittlerweile bin ich in der Altersteilzeit. In meiner langen Berufstätigkeit habe ich viel Erfahrung sammeln können, wie man erfolgreich junge Menschen begleiten und motivieren kann. Daher möchte ich meinen Schwerpunkt auf Schülerinnen und Schülern von Schulen legen. Das wichtigste für mich ist, dass sie an sich glauben und selbstbewusst werden. Diplom an der Universität Bonn; Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften; derzeit Lehrbeauftragter/Dozent für Mathematik an privater Hochschule; Ausbildung von begabten Schülerinnen und Schüler für nationale Mathematik-Wettbewerbe; Betreuung von Dual Studierenden in universitären Belangen (Bachelor-Arbeiten, Hausarbeiten etc.);

Mein Name ist José Véliz. Ich bin in Mexiko geboren und habe Deutsch an der Ruhr Universität gelernt. Ich gebe sehr gerne Spanisch Nachhilfe und habe immer großen Spaß dabei. Zu meinen charakterlichen Qualitäten zählen Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Ausdauer, Durchhaltevermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Durch meine freundliche und offene Art komme ich mit den unterschiedlichsten Menschentypen gut zurecht. Ich spiele sehr gerne Fußball, schaue gerne Formel 1. Meine Muttersprache ist Spanisch und die deutsche Sprache habe ich an der Ruhr Universität gelernt und mein Sprachniveau ist C1. Ich habe Freunden Spanisch erfolgreich beigebracht. Hi, I’m Nicole, an energetic and passionate English teacher! I love helping students learn language in interesting and creative ways. I use engaging discussions, interactive activities, and hands-on projects to help them connect with the lessons and express themselves confidently. My goal is to build a classroom environment that is fun, inclusive, and encouraging for every learner. I believe that learning should be meaningful and enjoyable, and I do my best to make each class exciting and supportive. In my free time, I enjoy watching musical theatre shows and Broadway musicals, spending time with my dog, and volunteering with an organization dedicated to rescuing and caring for stray animals. These hobbies keep me motivated and full of positive energy in the classroom. I graduated with a degree in Communication Arts. My education equipped me with strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of media and interpersonal dynamics. Throughout my teaching journey, I have taught students of various age groups—from children to adults—across different English proficiency levels. I have also had the opportunity to work with learners with special needs, including those with ADHD, Autism, and Down Syndrome. These experiences have helped me become more patient, flexible, and empathetic in my approach, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to learn, grow, and feel confident in their abilities.
