Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. As an educator, I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. My goal is to make students feel comfortable and confident, encouraging them to share their hobbies, interests, and personal experiences. I incorporate these elements into lessons and practice problems, making the learning process more relatable, enjoyable, and aligned with their unique passions. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University in the Philippines. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and the Electrical Engineering industry, with a particular focus on renewable energy. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and real-world applications, ensuring that students not only develop strong academic foundations but also acquire the practical skills and insights needed to excel in their careers. I believe in providing students with a well-rounded learning experience that prepares them for the dynamic challenges of the engineering world, particularly in emerging sectors like renewable energy. Hey! Ich bin Elisa und 21 Jahre alt. Zu mir: Ich bin Tänzerin, habe letztes Jahr mein Abitur gemacht, lebe in Spanien und studiere. Ich freue mich Dich kennenzulernen und zu unterstützen<3 Aus meiner Schulzeit weiß ich genau, wie wichtig es ist eine gute Lehrkraft zu haben, die viel Geduld hat :) Nach der Grundschule kam ich auf die Gymnasialstufe. Nach sechs Jahren kam ich schließlich auf die gymnasiale Oberstufe und habe dieses Jahr das allgemeine Abitur gemacht. Meine Leistungskurse, die ich beide sehr gerne besucht habe waren Englisch und Deutsch. Für Geschichte kann ich mich allerdings auch immer wieder aufs Neue begeistern und beschäftige mich dementsprechend gerne mit diesem Fach. Ich habe 2 Jahre privat Nachhilfe in dem Fach Deutsch gegeben. Dabei konnte ich schon wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln. Davor habe ich Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 17 Tanzunterricht gegeben. Auch dort konnte ich bereits Vieles Lernen, was ich auch in meiner Nachhilfe einbringen kann. Für Grundschulniveau unterrichte ich auch Matheunterricht.

My name is Arcel, and I’m 29 years old. I'm a Math teacher but I can also teach Science (Biology & Chemistry) and Sociology. I like also playing basketball and guitar—two activities that allow me to express myself creatively and stay active. Whether it’s on the basketball court or playing my favorite songs, I enjoy the challenge and the connections these hobbies bring. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, Majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math), and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Teaching Mathematics. My journey in education is driven by my passion for mathematics and my desire to help students see the beauty in the subject. Teaching is something I’m deeply committed to, and I believe that with patience and the right approach, I can inspire students to develop a love for learning. In terms of character, I would describe myself as persistent and disciplined. I try to approach challenges with a positive attitude and always look for ways to grow, both personally and professionally. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math) from Northern Mindanao Colleges Inc. in April 2016. Shortly after, I successfully passed the licensure examination for teachers in September 2016. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Teaching Mathematics. My passion for mathematics and my dedication to education drive me to help students discover the beauty and relevance of the subject. Teaching is a profession I am deeply committed to, as I believe it is through education that I can make a lasting impact on students' lives. My goal as an educator is not only to help students master mathematical concepts but also to inspire them to develop a genuine interest in the subject. Deutschunterricht nur bis zur sechsten Klasse. Hey, alle zusammen! Ich bin Laura aus Baden-Württemberg, 23 Jahre alt und Studentin der SGD Fernschule. Ich hab's mir zum Hobbie gemacht, anderen zu helfen und bevorzuge sehr gerne Nachhilfe dafür. Seit knapp 2 Jahren habe ich bereits positive Nachhilfe-Erfahrungen sammeln können. Nachdem ich die Schulpflicht erfüllt und meinen Abschluss erworben hatte, besuchte ich eine weiterführende Schule. In dieser Zeit sammelte ich erste Berufserfahrungen in verschiedenen Nebenjobs. Seit dem 6. Mai 2021 bin ich aktive Studentin an der SGD Fernschule und werde demnächst meinen qualifizierenden Realschulabschluss absolvieren.
