Since joining GoStudent back in April 2023, I’ve had the incredible privilege of tutoring for over two years — and what a journey it has been! In that time, I’ve not only grown as a teacher but also as a communicator, motivator, and lifelong learner. My lessons are anything but “one-size-fits-all.” Every session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage outside-the-box thinking, and make learning genuinely enjoyable. I love giving students (and their families) the chance to shape the direction of our lessons — because when learning feels personal, progress happens naturally. For me, the most rewarding part of tutoring is watching students go from “I can’t” to “I can.” Whether it’s tackling tricky topics, preparing for exams, or simply rediscovering a love for learning, I’m here to celebrate every step forward and keep that momentum going. I studied at the UCL School of Pharmacy, where I am currently preparing to sit my final MPharm exams following a recent gap period. In October 2022, I proudly graduated with a First-Class MSci in Pharmaceutical Studies, a course that challenged me academically while also sparking my curiosity for problem-solving and research. Beyond the textbooks, I’ve always believed that learning should be creative and enjoyable. That’s why you’ll often find me making colourful, artsy study notes (which are slowly turning into a revision blog!), or bringing a creative twist into my lessons to help tricky concepts click. My education hasn’t just been about exams and grades — it’s also taught me how to stay curious, resilient, and open-minded, and I try to pass that on to every student I work with.

My name is Zareen Umair. I have a passion for learning new skills and teaching them aswell. I am humbled to have good communication, listening and collaboration skills. I believe in creating an empathetic environment for the student to boost real-world learning and life-long love for education. While saying this i would like to emphasise that i am always working to improve my own teaching skills aswell. Hi, i have completed 17 years of education. I did my bachelors in science subjects and then acquired a Mphil degree in English Language Teaching from Kinnaird University Lahore Pakistan. Currently i am going to apply for double bachelors in an art degree from National College of Arts Lahore Pakistan due to my immense interest in arts.

My name is Saffron, and I am a 2nd year Neuroscience student at the University of Manchester. Getting into this course at a Russel Group University required stellar GCSE and A Level grades which I was able to achieve through thorough and dedicated studies and personal teaching. I believe that active learning through frequent recall, question and answer sessions and flashcards is the best way to retain information. Combining this with practice paper questions from the start of teaching guarantees success. I am well versed in working with primary and secondary school students through 1 to 1 teaching and am committed to creating an interactive, personalised, and enjoyable lesson plan catered to every pupil's learning style. I am a Physics graduate from the University of Bath, where I achieved a First Class degree, and I am now completing a Master’s in Physics at Imperial College London. Over the course of my studies, I developed a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and problem-solving, with particular interests in astrophysics and theoretical physics. Alongside my academic background, I have experience mentoring university peers and supporting GCSE students in maths, helping them to build confidence and achieve higher results. I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs, focusing on both subject knowledge and exam technique. I achieved grade 9s in both Mathematics and Physics at GCSE, before going on to earn A*s in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at A level. I then studied Physics at the University of Bath, graduating with First Class honours, where I developed strong expertise in advanced maths and physics, from quantum theory to astrophysics. I am now completing a Master’s in Physics at Imperial College London, specialising in theoretical and mathematical physics.
