I am a third year Biomedical science student at Aston University and am hoping to get into medical research. At the moment I am completing my placement year in the NHS to gain registration as a biomedical scientist! At A-level, I studied Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. At GCSE level, I studied triple science so have knowledge of that curriculum too.

I have availability for students Mondays and Wednesdays daytimes only. I also work with students on a weekly basis at a minimum to ensure momentum and consistency for the student. I have been an educator and trainer for over 17 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English up to the end of year 9 only and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.

Hi, I’m Naomi, a passionate and supportive tutor currently studying Economics and Geography at the University of St Andrews. I achieved all 9s at GCSE, including Maths and Further Maths, and all A*s in A-level Economics, Maths, Geography, and EPQ. I’ve been tutoring since I was 14 and have over five years of experience working with students aged 4 to 17. I specialise in Maths, Economics, and Geography, offering support from early learning and 11+ preparation through to GCSE and A-level exam success. My lessons are interactive, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs. I place a strong focus on exam technique, revision strategies, and building confidence. Having experienced challenges myself as a student — from not understanding certain topics to learning how to revise effectively — I use that insight to make lessons empathetic, engaging, and effective. Above all, I aim to make learning enjoyable and rewarding, helping every student realise their full potential. I studied at Alleyn’s School in London, where I achieved A*s in A-level Economics, Maths, Geography, and EPQ, as well as grade 9s across all my GCSEs, including Maths and Further Maths. During my time there, I was awarded the Upper School Academic Excellence Prize for outstanding academic achievement. I’m now studying Economics and Geography at the University of St Andrews, with a particular interest in development and environmental economics. My studies have strengthened my skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Having experienced times when I found certain concepts challenging or struggled with how to revise effectively, I’ve developed strategies that I now use to help my students overcome similar obstacles and reach their full potential.

I am a Spanish native speaker, English and Spanish teacher who enjoys meeting people and learning about other people's culture. I also speak French and I worked for Alliance Francaise for a couple of years. I have been tutoring and preparing students for their GCSE's for three years, I am currently tutoring ESL (English as a second language) and French GCSE's as well. Also I prepare students for DELF diplomes, up to B1 level. My oldest student started when she was in year 9 and she has improved her marks in Spanish consistently. I also have experience teaching children online. I am fond of walking in the nature, spending time outdoors when possible and watching TV series.
