Hi! I’m Cheanne, a dedicated educator with over a decade of experience teaching Mathematics and English at both primary and secondary levels. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping students conquer challenging concepts, fostering understanding and a love for learning. My expertise spans lower-level, GCSE, and A-level Mathematics and English, and I take pride in adapting my teaching to suit diverse learning styles and backgrounds. I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students feel valued, inspired, and empowered to excel. By nurturing confidence and critical thinking, I strive to equip every learner with the skills they need to reach their full academic potential. I am a Professional Teacher with a Master's degree in Mathematics Education. My teaching career is focused on specialized subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, General Mathematics, English, and related disciplines. I am dedicated to creating dynamic learning experiences that foster deep understanding and critical thinking skills among my students. Through my educational journey and professional knowledge, I aim to inspire a passion for Mathematics and English subjects and empower students to achieve their academic goals.

I teach English Literature and English Language to GCSE aged students. I also teach English as a foreign language to both children and adults. I teach Philosophy, Ethics, and Religious Studies up to GCSE level. I teach English to French students and can speak conversational French to aid this. I tutor students working towards their IELTS qualification. I have a Masters in Mental and Moral Science (Philosophy) from Trinity College, Dublin and am looking to further my formal education in the coming years aside from the countless MOOCs I've taken ranging from Opera to Counter-Terrorism classes. I enjoy Creative Writing and am always penning stories or poetry. I have lived all over the world, love traveling and exploring and look forward to learning how we can incorporate your personal experiences and passions into your studies. I currently live in the South of France with my two young children.

Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, which enhances my skills in media, public relations, and effective communication. My ability to grasp new concepts quickly and think critically helps me make learning engaging and effective for my students. I’m dedicated to helping them grow, excel, and gain confidence in their studies!

I am an experienced tutor with a background in research, writing, and policy analysis. I help students with essay writing, research skills, and communication. My approach is clear, structured, and adaptable to each learner’s needs, building confidence and academic success. I have a background in urban and community development, with research on indigenous architecture and sustainability. My first-class dissertation was selected to be presented for the 'Imagined Geographies' symposium at UEA's Social Sciences conference. I have tutored students from my schools years to university.
