J'ai déjà eu à encadrer des élèves du Collège et du primaire pour leur aider à passer un cap particulièrement durant leurs années d'examen. Ma méthode consiste tout d'abord à l'écoute de mon élève car c'est le seul moyen de savoir quels sont les domaines dans lesquels il/elle a besoin de s'améliorer. Ainsi à chaque première séance je demande quel est le programme, je demande à voir comment son professeur a organisé ses cours comment lui/elle s'y retrouve et c'est seulement ensuite qu'on va corriger les lacunes ainsi qu'améliorer les points sur lesquels il/elle se sent bien. La base de ma relation avec les parents a toujours été la confiance, la disponibilité pour m'apporter des informations sans ambiguïté sur l'évolution de leur(s) élèves mais surtout s'assurer que l'élève suive les consignes et exercices de renforcement que je lui proposerai car il n y a que de cette manière qu'on peut suivre assidument l'élève. Après un dialogue tripartite doit être constamment maintenu afin de trouver un moyen de s'adapter à chaque élève car chacun a sa propre particularité. J’espère si vous vous retrouver dans ma méthode vous la faire découvrir et contribuer à mon niveau à l'épanouissement scolaire de votre élève.
