Automate Bildung und Teilhabe applications so entitled families actually get funded tutoring.

The problem: Many families are entitled to state-funded tutoring (Bildung und Teilhabe) but never apply. Every city has different forms and offices.
Why now: The paperwork is the bottleneck, not the money. Software and AI can now handle it end to end: check eligibility, fill the form, send it, follow up.
What we bring: Centres with a high share of BuT students and people who know the process city by city.
First milestone: One large city fully automated: eligibility check, form filled, sent, followed up, billed.
Ideal team: An AI and automation engineer, plus someone who can work with local offices and families.
The deal: You own 75% of the company you build. No salary, no cap. GoStudent holds 25% and takes a fee on revenue through its channels. From year 3 it can take a majority, paid in GoStudent shares. Felix and Gregor are your only touchpoint.
