Ideal team: Someone who knows the Austrian exam system, plus a builder for the online course and acquisition.
The deal: You own 75% of the company you build. No salary, no cap. GoStudent holds 25% and takes a fee on revenue through its channels. From year 3 it can take a majority, paid in GoStudent shares. Felix and Gregor are your only touchpoint.
