Run state-funded integration and reskilling courses in centres that sit empty every morning.

The problem: Germany needs skilled workers and German courses. The state pays, but there aren't enough course locations or fast providers.
Why now: The funding exists. What's missing is course capacity and providers who can set up courses quickly.
What we bring: BAMF approval through Berlitz, 850+ Studienkreis centres that are empty in the morning, access to chambers of commerce and job centres.
First milestone: First courses running and full in centres without a Berlitz presence.
Ideal team: Someone who knows public funding and course operations, plus a builder who automates enrolment and admin.
The deal: You own 75% of the company you build. No salary, no cap. GoStudent holds 25% and takes a fee on revenue through its channels. From year 3 it can take a majority, paid in GoStudent shares. Felix and Gregor are your only touchpoint.
