Fill our centres in the morning

Fill Lernquadrat centres in the morning with adult, AMS or language courses.

The problem: Our Vienna centres are partly only 10 to 40 % used. The mornings are empty.
Why now: The rooms are paid for either way. Every course in the morning is almost pure margin.
What we bring: Lernquadrat centres across Austria with rooms that are already paid for, plus Lernquadrat as brand and operator.
First milestone: Adult, AMS or German courses running every morning in a first cluster.
Ideal team: A commercial operator who signs partners and fills courses, plus someone running schedule and operations.
The deal: You own 75% of the company you build. No salary, no cap. GoStudent holds 25% and takes a fee on revenue through its channels. From year 3 it can take a majority, paid in GoStudent shares. Felix and Gregor are your only touchpoint.

One email to Felix and Gregor. Five lines and one project are enough.

Five lines: what you've built and why you're the right team.
Why you have the drive and grit to see it through, and don't give up when it gets hard.
The problem you pick, or your own idea.
One project you built: a link, a repo or a product.
