Hey, I’m Sanchi Chauhan, Here’s a little about me: I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics and have over 6 years of teaching experience. I’ve worked with students from Grade 3 to Grade 10, and I’m also experienced in teaching higher-level mathematics, including A-level content. My teaching style is friendly, approachable, and focused on creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel free to ask questions and engage in the learning process. I aim to make math not just easy to understand, but also enjoyable and relevant to real life. I began my academic journey with a strong foundation in Science and Mathematics, having completed my 12th grade with these core subjects. I then pursued my graduation in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, which gave me a broad and analytical understanding of the sciences. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Mathematics, deepening my knowledge and sharpening my skills in both theoretical and applied aspects of the subject. To further enhance my ability to teach and connect with students effectively, I also earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. This training equipped me with the right pedagogical techniques, classroom management skills, and child psychology insights—especially important for creating a positive and engaging learning environment. I am a graduating student from the University of Exeter with a BA in English Literature. I have an excellent academic record; I achieved the top grades in GCSE and A-Level English. My teaching philosophy is profoundly influenced by my own academic journey. From 13-16 I attended Monkton Combe Senior School, Bath. I achieved two 9s in English Literature and English Language From 16-18 I attended Peter Symonds College, Winchester. I achieved A A A A* in English, History, Psychology and an extended project on Jane Austen At 18 I applied to Oxford and I passed the English entrance exam (ELAT) where I achieved 48/52 From 18-21 I attended the University of Exeter and I'm on track to achieve a 2:1 I have tutored my peers throughout university, I have edited essays and I know what markers are looking for at all levels of English literature studies. I have been self employed in HR, Data management and tennis coaching. I have experience in managing client expectations and getting results.
