I'm a postgraduate and researcher who is passionate about Sociology and wants other students to become passionate as well!I think it's such a broad subject so everyone can find something that interests them! Outside of working and tutoring I have a huge love for creative hobbies such as books, reading, film, tv and theatre I have a BA in Sociology (1st class), during my education I specialised in Race & Ethnicity, Gender & sexuality, Culture & Identity, Research Methods and many other areas. I also have an MSc in Public Sociology, in which I specialised in the same areas as above but also social media, social activism and social policy. Also I am a qualified Equality and Diversity professional, I have a Level 2 and 3 qualification in Equality and Diversity and I also have a Level 2 in LGBT Inclusion in the workplace. My name is Arcel, and I’m 29 years old. I'm a Math teacher but I can also teach Science (Biology & Chemistry) and Sociology. I like also playing basketball and guitar—two activities that allow me to express myself creatively and stay active. Whether it’s on the basketball court or playing my favorite songs, I enjoy the challenge and the connections these hobbies bring. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math) from Northern Mindanao Colleges Inc. in April 2016.
