Hi! I’m Karen, a passionate and experienced Maths and Science tutor with over four years of teaching experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Industrial Chemistry and Petrochemistry. I achieved A/A grades* in GCSE Mathematics and Physics and an A in A-Level Maths. My strong academic background allows me to explain complex topics clearly and confidently turning challenges into achievable goals for my students! I teach GCSE and A-Level Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and French. Having grown up with my mother, a French teacher, and spent several years in France during my engineering projects, I’ve spoken French from an early age and now hold a C1 level, making it one of my favorite subjects to teach! Over the years, I’ve developed personalized teaching strategies to help every student succeed, whether they’re aiming for top grades or simply need a confidence boost. My lessons are engaging, structured, and adapted to each learner’s pace and goals. Teaching isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. I have a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, where I specialized in Industrial Chemistry and Petrochemistry. I currently work remotely as a process engineer, focusing on thermodynamic modelling.
