Ben İbrahim, ingilizce tıp fakültesi öğrencisiyim ve aynı zamanda polyglot olarak yabancı dil öğretmenliği yapıyorum. Doğuştan gelen bilingual yanımla birlikte yabancı dil öğrenmek hem hobim hem de amacım olduğu için daha kolay ve eğlenceli öğreniyorum. ENG, KU, CAT, ES, FR, TR dillerini akıcı olarak konuşuyorum. Genelde speaking'e daha çok önem veririm çünkü o dilleri native gibi konuşmak ve öğretmek benim stilim :)) İlk dersimi hem tanışarak öğrencimi yakından tanımakla hem de kendimi tanıtarak ne tür metotlarla derslerimizi verimli ve eğlenceli bir şekilde işleyeceğimi anlatmakla birlikte öğrencimin dil seviyesini ve ne tür bir amacının olduğunu, beklentilerini anlamaya çalışarak geçiriyorum :) Daha sonraki derslerde öğrencimin isteğine göre (Akademik İngilizce, günlük konuşma İngilizcesi, aksan çalışmaları (American, British, Canadian or Australian accents), pratik iş İngilizcesi, telaffuz geliştirme ve "How to sound like a native speaker" yani "Nasıl o dilin bir yerlisi gibi konuşulur" gibi amaçlar vb.) hareket ederek ona İngilizceyi interaktif bir şekilde öğretmeyi ve öğretirken de eğlenmesini ve gelişmesini sağlayacak dökümanları, testleri, müzik ve quizleri sunarak işlemeyi tercih ediyorum. Gelişimini de periyodik olarak takip edip onu habersiz küçük sınav ve testlerden geçirip küçük ödevler veriyorum (Video, şarkı, podcast, kelime bilgisi arttıran aktiviteler vb.).

Ben Zeynep Şimal Karasakal, 21 yaşındayım ve İstanbul Üniversitesi'nde İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı öğrencisiyim. Bununla birlikte Cervantes Enstitüsünde B2.3 seviyesini bitirecek şekilde İspanyolca eğitimimi tamamladım. Bu sebeple İspanyolca ve İngilizce dillerini öğretmekte yardımcı olmayı çok isterim. 2022 yılında Hacı Sabancı Anadolu Lisesinden mezun oldum ve yine aynı yıldan itibaren İstanbul Üniversitesinde lisansım olan İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümünü okumaktayım. Üniversiteye başlamamla birlikte başladığım İsapnyolcayı ise B2.3 seviyesinde Cervantes Enstitüsünde tamamladım. Bunlara ek olarak eTwinning, Pearson, Erasmus+ ve ESN101 gibi projelerden sertifikalarım mevcut.

I am a dedicated, diligent, and well-organized professional with extensive experience teaching ESL, EFT, ELT, ELL, and educational sciences worldwide. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a very good average in the field of TESL (Master's in English Language Teaching). I have been recognized as an International Scholar by MSU. Yet I am one of the top students in YÖK's university examinations, I am knowledgeable of the preparatory courses that are provided by public as well as private colleges in Turkey. Since the age of twenty-five (2, 5, 7, 11, 12, etc.) I taught TOEFL, SAT, and GRE to a great number of international students. I have lectured to hundreds of students at the MEB's LGS exams and Cambridge University's FCE, KET, PET, and YLS’s officially validated and confirmed Speaking Examiner. Besides, during pandemic times, I worked at EBA Online School with the committee. For over 26 years, I have been teaching English both in-person as well as at ESL/EFL teaching platforms online all around the world through the websites. I was also selected as one of the 10 official examiners in Turkey for all Cambridge University exams. My student named Deniz, whose courses I completed in January 2021, is the top student of Galatasaray High School and received 113 from TOEFL IBT in the first attempt, thus gaining the right to apply to Oxford University for undergraduate education. I happily served as TOEFL IBT, GRE, SAT, GMAT, IELTS tutors and academic advisors to many students who were educated at Boğaziçi University, ranked in the top 100 in the university exam, and were accepted to Sorbonne University in Paris with honors. He prepared students for America's local exams, worked as a private English teacher for American university students at CAP (College of Access Program) at MSU, M. Additionally, I worked in IB, IDPD and MYP private schools for 7 years. I have worked, completed my new master's degree in META-COGNITIVE Science in Canada. Alongside Finnish, I additionally compose my own fables and poems in Icelandic, Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish, among other Scandinavian languages.
