Aisha P.
Hello! My name is Aisha I am a dedicated and compassionate tutor, that has a strong background in teaching students curriculum for both Biology, Chemistry and Maths (primary level) across the examboards AQA/ Edexel and IGCSE. I focus on helping students build a strong understanding of the topics they may be struggling as well as doing sufficient exam application practise to help build confidence for exams. All students learn differently, so I tailor my methods to suit each student’s unique needs, ensuring they leave with a solid understanding of the subject they initially struggled with. Whether a student needs help building foundational skills, catching up, or reaching higher levels of achievement, I create a supportive environment where they feel encouraged, understood, and motivated. My style is highly interactive and flexible—I use tested strategies to make challenging concepts easier to grasp and lessons more engaging. From breaking down harder problems to celebrating small wins, I focus on building confidence and independence in every learner. I'm patient and understanding, always taking the time to listen, adapt, and ensure my students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes as part of the learning process. If you're looking for a tutor that will help develop your confidence and ability in these subjects, I’d love to help! I studied Biology, Chemistry, and Sociology at A-level and am currently pursuing a clinically science-based degree, which keeps me deeply engaged with scientific concepts on a daily basis. This strong academic foundation allows me to teach both subjects with clarity, confidence, and real-world relevance. I currently teach -KS1/2 level: Maths -GCSE level: Biology and Chemistry -A-level: Chemistry (with a particular specialism in Organic chemistry) My in-depth understanding of the subject allows me to explain even the most challenging topics in a way that makes sense to students. I focus heavily on building core understanding, improving exam technique, and boosting confidence—especially in areas students often find overwhelming, like mechanisms, reaction pathways, and applied problem-solving. I’ve previously worked as a tutor online and completed a Teaching and Mentoring Programme in person specifically designed for supporting GCSE Chemistry students. My teaching style is clear, structured, and supportive. I make complex ideas simple and use relatable examples to help students connect with the material. Whether a student is aiming for top grades or trying to gain confidence in the basics, I provide a patient, focused, and motivating environment for them to learn and succeed.

Hello! My name is Kyle, I'm your future tutor (with a twist). Whilst I've got the academic credentials, what truly sets me apart is my unquenchable thirst for knowledge, and my underlying enthusiasm for tutoring. I've developed a teaching style that's all about interaction and engagement, making learning enjoyable. I am currently offering Maths and French Primary and GCSE. My approach to tutoring is founded on two fundamental principles: understanding and empowerment. I believe that true learning begins with a deep understanding of the subject matter. To achieve this, I take the time to break down complex concepts into little digestible bits, fostering clarity and confidence in my students. I'm also a firm believer in empowering my students to become independent learners and so I aim to equip them with effective study techniques, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset that extends beyond our tutoring sessions, and my approach is to simplify even the trickiest concepts. Regarding experience, during a 5-month internship at an underprivileged school in Paris, I implemented a Cambridge English curriculum for approximately 150 students. My role involved developing adaptable teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and enhance language proficiency to meet European standards. Through my dedicated efforts, I achieved significant improvements in language skills, as evidenced by student feedback and assessments. This experience underscores my adaptability, a valuable trait for private tutoring. Please feel free to reach out and book in a trial lesson according to my flexible schedule. Let's get started, together! I have recently completed my Bachelors in French and Economics at the University of Warwick after completing my A-levels in Economics, French and Mathematics at Merchant Taylors' School, Northwood. Drawing upon my academic journey, I have not only been equipped with a comprehensive grasp of Mathematics, but I have also instilled a passion within me for sharing that knowledge.
