I have been teaching English online for 4 years now. My teaching philosophy is student centered and interactive. I studied at University of Johannesburg from 2022 to 2025. Hi! I’m Gracy, a third-year Law student at the University of Warwick! I’ve been tutoring for over six years and love helping students build confidence, deepen their understanding, and reach their academic goals- whether that’s preparing for exams or simply feeling more comfortable with a subject. I tutor a range of subjects including English, Maths, and 11+ preparation, and I always tailor my approach to suit each student’s learning style and exam board. I’m passionate about seeing students thrive and grow in their abilities, and I genuinely enjoy supporting them throughout their academic journey. Creating a positive, encouraging learning environment is at the heart of everything I do. I attended City of London School for Girls for both Secondary School and Sixth Form, where I achieved strong academic results, including grades 9- 7 at GCSE, with a 9 in Maths, 9 in English Language, and an 8 in English Literature. I also achieved three A* grades at A Level in English Literature, Religious Studies, and Product Design. Having successfully gone through the 11+ process to gain entry to this highly selective school, I have first-hand experience of competitive academic pathways. I recently graduated with a degree in Mathematics and have a strong passion for helping others understand and enjoy the subject.
