Hello! I'm Alex, an enthusiastic English teacher from England with a love for making learning fun, engaging and memorable. I've always been passionate about language - starting from my early school days, where I would read thesauruses and Atlases memorising all the words and capital cities for pure entertainment! Now, I focus on helping students enjoy and remember what they learn, making every lesson both captivating and effective. With a degree in Media, Culture & Social Sciences from the University of the West of England and as a fully qualified TEFL teacher, I bring a rich blend of cultural insight and academic excellence to my English teaching. I’ve traveled extensively across China, South America, and Europe, which has deepened my understanding of diverse learning styles and cultural nuances. In addition to my educational background, I’m also a certified health coach, specialising in holistic healing and self-empowerment. My approach to teaching is holistic and student-centred, fostering a supportive environment where your child can thrive both academically and inter-personally. I’m committed to helping students build confidence and achieve success in their English language journey.

Hi, I'm a 2nd year UCL medical student! For years now, I’ve mentored & tutored both GCSE and A-level biology for multiple specifications, as well as Chemistry, Maths, Geography, and English Language. I attended a girls grammar school, and also tutor the 11 plus exams! As someone who took and passed both CEM and GL 11 plus exams, I am happy to help with any. Also have engaged with science outside of school, completing a Women in STEM course run by the University of Oxford, and completing wider reading. I attended a Girls Grammar School until year 13, and am currently going into my second year at UCL medical school. As a dedicated and experienced tutor, I offer comprehensive support in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Biology for all educational levels, including KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE, AS, A-Level, and Higher Levels. I welcome students of all age groups, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I am Joseph, a PhD holder in Quantum Bio-Inorganic Chemistry. I have a MSc in Chemical Engineering and a BE in Petroleum Engineering. I really enjoy and have a vast experience in tutoring students, and I am fully convinced that students encounter their subjects with me, as they have never before. I love music and sports, and most importantly, I really enjoy explaining how scientific phenomena are related to our everyday lives. I hope you enjoy my sessions, as much as I enjoy giving them!

Passionate about chemistry and helping students achieve their potential and beyond. I am a young teacher, with a vast knowledge of chemistry at the KS3, KS4, and KS5 level. This is evidenced by my A grade at both GCSE, and A level. I place a large emphasis on breaking critical concepts down, ensuring students have a sound understanding of foundational aspects of chemistry- which will then allow them to tackle more difficult subject topics. All of my teaching is relevant to the exam board in question, and there is also a large focus on exam technique to ensure you're hitting those top marks! In terms of my hobbies, I love going to the gym, playing sports such as badminton and kickboxing, reading, and playing Call of Duty.
