I am an experienced maths teacher/ lecturer. Currently, I work in a training centre, prior to this I have worked in a FE college for more than 6 years, teaching GCSE and functional skills maths. I have also taught ESL to adult groups. I have the experience teaching face to face and online using different platforms. I always worked with children with Special Educational needs from different back grounds. In addition, I worked in primary school supporting year 6 learners to build their maths skills to pass their SATs, before that I was teaching Arabic and Tajweed rules age of 5yrs up to adults. Hi! My name is Mia and I’m currently a student at Univerista Bocconi In Milan, studying Economics and Finance. I was born in London, and grew up there and also spent 7 years in Abu Dhabi. My hobbies include travelling and playing netball and of course relaxing with my friends. I attended Brighton College Abu Dhabi for majority of my high school and finished my last 2 years of education at Latymer Upper School in London where I did A levels. I took maths, physics and economics alongside completing an Extended Project Qualification on whether unpaid (household) labour should be recognized within GDP, earning a merit! I received an excellence award for all A**'s in my GCSE's from edexcel and have had loads of experience tutoring GCSE's and Levels given I didn't do them long ago.

I am a first year biomedical science student at Queen Mary University of London. I have a passion for science and mathematics and enjoy being able to help others achieve their unique goals.
