Hi, I’m Arthi, a medical student at Queen Mary University of London with a strong passion for teaching. I specialise in tutoring Biology, Sciences, and Maths at all educational levels, and I’m committed to helping students build confidence, improve understanding, and reach their academic goals. My teaching is calm, structured, and adapted to each student’s pace and learning style. I completed both the IGCSEs and the IB Diploma, gaining a solid grounding in scientific and quantitative subjects. These programmes taught me how to break down complex ideas clearly — something I bring directly into my lessons. I also have experience with the UCAT, and have scored over 3000. Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a second-year Accounting and Finance student at Lancaster University. I achieved 9 GCSEs, ranging from 7-9, which allowed me to study Chemistry, Economics and Maths. I also gained an A* in my EPQ, which I completed in year 12, giving me crucial skills that I have carried forward to my degree. I have been tutoring for over a year. During this time, I have helped prepare primary school students for their SATS and gained more confidence with maths in the classroom. I also prepared year 11 and 13 students for their GCSE and A levels by covering content they were unsure of and practising exam techniques. I previously gained experience mentoring GCSE students at my school. I am a student with dyslexia, so I understand the challenges students face in classroom settings. Anyone can be successful, which is why my sessions are student-led, so that they are catered towards each individual's learning style. If you are unsure of this throughout my school career, I have learnt different methods that work for me and would love to pass them on to others so that we can find a technique that works for you. I attended Rugby School, where I completed my GCSEs and A levels, and now I have gone on to study for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University, where my ambition is to become an ACA Chartered Accountant. Having studied Chemistry, Economics and Maths at A level, I offer tutoring for students up to and including year 11 in Maths and Chemistry and then Economics up to and including year 13 students.

My name is Bravin, a BSc Computer Science and Maths student. For GCSEs, I did English Literature and Language, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, Computer Science, French, Music, FSMQ, Religious Studies.

I am currently a first year Psychology student at the University of Manchester, with a strong passion for the subject. I am passionate about helping students not only understand the subject, but also to excel in it. My teaching involves breaking down complex ideas clearly, allowing for full engagement. I aim to build a supportive and encouraging learning environment to help students truly excel, as building confidence is equally as important as building academic skills. I understand each student learns differently, so I aim to tailor each lesson to the needs of each individual student to build on their own strengths, allowing them to achieve their goals! I attended Windsor High School and Sixth Form to complete my A Levels, where I studied Psychology, Economics and History, where I achieved AAB. I am now continuing my studies at the University of Manchester, where I am currently in my first year of study, specialising in Psychology.
