I am Italian and earned a BA in Foreign Languages in Palermo, Italy. Since 2008, I have been teaching Italian and French in the UK, providing personalized tutoring to help students improve their language skills, gain confidence, and achieve their learning goals. Graduated in Palermo, Italy, with a degree focused on modern foreign languages, linguistics, communication, and intercultural studies. I have a BA Hons degree in Modern Languages: English/French with a module in Classical Greek Language and Literature. I believe in stress-free lessons , and learning in a relaxed setting. As a tutor I am not there to add pressure, but to help take pressure off. In terms of hobbies, I love reading, writing stories, and watching Turkish TV dramas. I am also a huge tennis fan. Last, but not least, I enjoy all forms of sugar - especially cake! Aside from my degree, I am qualified to teach TEFL. I really enjoy working with those who don't have English as a first language. It's a thrill to help them improve their speaking and listening - as well as reading and writing skills. It's wonderful to see them grow in confidence when expressing themselves in English. Furthermore, I am qualified to do proofreading. This fits in well with teaching English. I also have a certificate in Counselling Skills.

My name is Ellie, and I am a student at Newcastle University. Despite studying Accounting and Finance, I still love all things English and Maths. Whether I'm doing cryptic crosswords or sudokus, I believe that challenging your brain is the most entertaining activity. Hello, I'm Sophie, a third year Undergraduate student studying Modern Languages at University. I have an enthusiasm for languages and genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I can guarantee you’ll have productive and enjoyable sessions with me. In my free time I enjoy dancing Latin dances such as Bachata and Salsa, am a white belt in Jiu-jitsu and like socialising as well as practicing my language skills. I am fluent in Russian due to my heritage, and have visited Moscow annually during the summer holidays. I have previous experience with volunteering at the Instituto Cervantes in London for a year, as well as underwent an internship for Language Teaching at a secondary school academy in London. For my third year of University, I have studied for 6 months abroad in Spain at the Auntónoma University of Madrid, specialising in the Spanish language, culture and history. Currently, I am offering tutoring in Spanish from KS3, GCSE to A levels.
