¡Hola! Me lla mo Silvana soy ingeniera industrial y estudiante medicina en España. Me encantan los idiomas, hablo español, inglés, catalán y alemán y estoy aprendiendo francés. Me fascina el cuerpo humano, la biología, la medicina y todo aquello posible para poder tener una mejor salud. Busco estar aprendiendo por mi cuenta constantenmente y por eso un gran aliado son los libros, podcast y documentales. Disfruto mi tiempo libre escuchando música, haciendo deporte o caminando por la montaña, buscando algo nuevo que cocinar o conociendo sobre otras culturas y su historia. Todos mis gustos(y los tuyos) son un herramienta para poder aprender y explicar conceptos de forma más sencilla y así poder "hackear" el aprendizaje. Si decides agendar una sesión, primero definiremos tu meta, trazaremos un plan y definiremos buenas estrategias para conseguirlas, ya sea hablar un idioma de forma más fluida o preparar un examen de biología o anatomía. Soy ingeniera industrial con énfasis en Mercadeo, formación de empresa y tecnología. Desde pequeña aprendo idiomas tengo el TOEFL en inglés, Alemán y catalán. Soy estudiante de Medicina , por lo que si quieres acceder a carreras de ciencias de la salud y necesitas preparar la selectividad en biología o preparar anatomía para el bachillerato también te puedo ayudar.

Hi! My name is Juliana Gualteros and I am a Biomedical Engineering student in my tenth semester at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Throughout my academic journey, mathematics has been a fundamental part of my training, helping me develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I have experience as a university tutor, where I supported students in understanding complex topics and building confidence in their abilities. This experience taught me that every student learns differently, and that patience, clarity, and encouragement are key to effective learning. As a tutor, my goal is not only to help students solve math problems, but also to help them truly understand the concepts behind them. I believe that with the right guidance, practice, and support, any student can improve their skills and gain confidence in mathematics. I work with primary and secondary students and adapt my teaching methods to each student’s pace and learning style. I enjoy creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically. I am currently a tenth-semester Biomedical Engineering student at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Throughout my academic training, I have developed a strong foundation in mathematics, including algebra, calculus, statistics, and applied mathematical reasoning, which are essential tools in engineering and scientific analysis. During my studies, I also worked as a university tutor, supporting other students in understanding complex topics and strengthening their problem-solving skills. This experience allowed me to develop clear communication, patience, and the ability to explain difficult concepts in a structured and accessible way. In addition to my academic work, I have been actively involved in research activities. I have received two Meritorious Mention awards at research seedbed meetings—one at the national level and another at the international level—recognizing the quality and impact of my research. I was also a speaker at the VI International Seminar on Autism, where I presented work related to biomedical engineering and neuroscience. I have also completed training in Advanced Excel and Power BI, which has strengthened my data analysis and visualization skills, allowing me to work effectively with numerical information and present complex data in a clear and organized way. My educational background has helped me approach mathematics not only from a theoretical perspective but also from a practical one, allowing me to show students how mathematical concepts can be applied to real-life situations.

When I was in second grade (segundo de primaria) my school changed to an american one, and since then I've been studying everything in english; even today I'm studying a master on International Relationships in english. On my side, I've already taught different people which vary in ages, lives and interests. My last alumni got her B2 title. My favorite classes were both English and Spanish, and Spanish History. I've studied in an american school for 13 years and currently I'm studying a master in Internation Relationships in English. My grades have always been, and are still, very good.

Hola! Soy Juan Carlos, tengo mucha experiencia en la docencia de Matemáticas y física y Química a nivel de ESO y Bachillerato, y cuento con muchos recursos digitales para las clases. En mi tiempo libre me gusta mucho el mar y la montaña, que adoro disfrutar con mi familia y mis perros. Tengo un título de grado en electrónica y Título de Master de profesorado. Desde los años de pandemia comencé a dar clases a través de centros de formación, en los cuales adquirí experiencia como profesor. Desde entonces he mejorado mucho mis recursos y estrategias docentes.
