I am a second-year University of Nottingham student studying Financial Mathematics. I teach Maths because it is a subject where I believe I can help students develop not only in academics but also in their confidence. I found my passion for maths during secondary school, but in university, I felt my skills could be best used in finance rather than purely mathematics. I am a chemical engineering student at the University of Cambridge. I primarily teach Maths and Science subjects, up to and including A Level. I am currently studying archeology and ancient history at Oxford university, so I have a passion for all things from the past. I also studied sciences for A-level (chemistry and biology) so I enjoy engaging with the science world too. Outside of school I love to go on dog walks and read lots of books, especially crime books. I’m currently a university student and through my course I study a mixture of ancient history, archaeology and Latin language. For A-levels I studied Classical civilisation, biology and chemistry. For GCSEs I studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, French, English literature, English language, RS and Classical civilisation.
