I graduated from the University of Nottingham (Politics and International Relations) with First Class Honours with the Academic Excellence Award. Hi everyone I am Shruthi, and I study Business Management at the University of Southampton. I am looking forward to tutor Maths as it is a subject I have always been very passionate about. I miss Maths as I do not have it in my degree, so I would love to carry on my passion for Maths through tutoring. Hi! My name is Hridita and I am currently a medical student. I have around 6 years experience tutoring students from KS1 to GCSE level. I mainly focus on teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics because these are the subjects I enjoy the most and have gained the experience teaching. I recognise that each student has a different way of learning, so I like working towards finding the best teaching style for each of them.

I like creating characters with backstories, and worlds for those characters to reside and interact in. I also create card games that sometimes includes some of those characters that I've made. I'm also an avid gamer and I have ambitions to create games in the future to entertain people as my lifelong goal. I can teach both Maths and Physics at GCSE level and I have experience with Edexcel, AQA and OCR to name a few exam boards. My mother tongue is English and I've tried to learn Spanish and German in the past, and I only know a little bit. I am currently a student at the University of Birmingham, in my final year of a Geography (BA) degree. I am also the social sec at the Radio society for my uni. At Sixthform, I completed 3 A Levels - A* Sociology, A Geography, A* Media. I really enjoyed getting stuck into work at Sixthform and developed an effective plan and timetable for revision. I will use this to base my tutoring on - practicing past questions, learning and perfecting what the marker is looking for aswell as flash cards. I have previous experience tutoring year 10s GCSE Geography and got chosen by my head of year to do this. This summer, I worked as an Activity Leader for a Tech Kids Camp teaching kids how to make and use robots!
