I'm currently in my first year of medical school, passionate about both my studies and helping others succeed. As a tutor, I love seeing students reach their goals and gain confidence in their abilities. Outside of academia, I enjoy getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring nature's beauty, and diving into video games for some relaxation. I have two beautiful cats who hold a special place in my heart, bringing joy and comfort to my life. Looking forward, I dream of traveling the world, experiencing different cultures, and expanding my horizons. Additionally, I'm eager to volunteer at animal shelters, where I can make a difference in the lives of animals in need. My schooling began in London, where I completed my GCSE and A-level qualifications. These years laid a strong foundation for my learning journey. Now, I'm studying Medicine. This experience taught me the importance of kindness and responsibility. I'm also trained in first aid, which means I know how to help in emergencies. Welcome to my profile. I teach 11+, GCSE Science (physics, chemistry, and biology), and Mathematics. I use notes and revision resources that have been carefully tailored to each student's specific needs. With their exam board content, revision/practice questions, and particularly repeated past papers, I have been able to instill confidence, critical thinking, and a genuine understanding of the subject in all of my students while ensuring they enjoy the process. I look forward to beginning this journey with you. I have over 4 years (1000+ hours) of experience teaching these subjects: GCSE Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Mathematics, and 11+. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering and an international teaching certificate (TESOL). I bring both academic expertise and practical teaching experience to my lessons. Having achieved top grades (A**) in GCSE Mathematics, Physics, and Biology, I understand the challenges students face and tailor my teaching to help them succeed. Hi. I'm Ade, and I have been tutoring successfully for over 7 years now, with over 100 students (over 3 years on GoStudent with over 40 students), Grades 7 to 12, GCSE, and A-Levels. I have a Bachelors degree in Geophysics, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Education, and I'm currently doing a 2nd Degree in Mathematics. I keep my lessons simple, with a focus on consistent practice. I also tailor my lessons to fit the student and get the best out of them. Simply put, I help you understand the foundations of the concepts you're trying to learn, and we'll do lots of practice. I specialize in building students skill and confidence in facing and solving problems. I'm pretty good at it because I am always learning new things myself, so I never forget what it's like be a semi-beginner, and I tend to relate very well with my students experience. This helps me communicate very effectively and support them unconditionally, all the while holding them to high expectations (based on their ability).
