Hi! I'm Abbie, a fourth year BSc Biotechnology with Industrial Experience student based in Manchester. I'm looking to tutor GCSE Science and A-Level Biology. Having been a student leader throughout my second year, I have a dedication to supporting and teaching students and will use my knowledge and experiences to ensure you make the most out of your studies. I attended Peter Symonds College, where I studied Biology, Psychology, Chemistry and the Extended Project Qualification (A*/A*/A/A*). I currently attend university in Manchester and specialise in Biotechnology (with interest primarily in genetics, bioinformatics, and molecular biology).

I’m a mechanical engineering student who enjoys learning, staying active, and improving at things over time. Outside academics, I train Muay Thai and play squash, which keeps me disciplined and focused. I’m naturally curious, patient, and I like explaining ideas in a way that actually makes sense to people. In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun!
