Hi! I'm Amelia and I am a tutor for Biology, Psychology and Maths. I can teach Biology and Maths at GCSE and A-level standard and Psychology at A-level standard. I have experience with the AQA specification for Biology, Psychology and Maths GCSE and OCR for Maths A-level. I love to make lessons interactive and enjoyable for students while still making sure all core content is covered. I love students to ask questions and get involved with their learning, and will ensure I am fully engaged with all topics that the students hope to cover. Anything I can do to improve the experience of students I will do my best to accommodate, don't hesitate to ask if there is anything you need! Thank you all. I am a current first year undergraduate studying Psychology at the University of York. I have just completed my A-levels in Biology, Psychology and Maths and I achieved A*AA respectively. Furthermore, I completed an EPQ during my Year 12 and achieved an A*.

Since joining GoStudent back in April 2023, I’ve had the incredible privilege of tutoring for over two years — and what a journey it has been! In that time, I’ve not only grown as a teacher but also as a communicator, motivator, and lifelong learner. My lessons are anything but “one-size-fits-all.” Every session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage outside-the-box thinking, and make learning genuinely enjoyable. I love giving students (and their families) the chance to shape the direction of our lessons — because when learning feels personal, progress happens naturally. For me, the most rewarding part of tutoring is watching students go from “I can’t” to “I can.” Whether it’s tackling tricky topics, preparing for exams, or simply rediscovering a love for learning, I’m here to celebrate every step forward and keep that momentum going. I studied at the UCL School of Pharmacy, where I am currently preparing to sit my final MPharm exams following a recent gap period. In October 2022, I proudly graduated with a First-Class MSci in Pharmaceutical Studies, a course that challenged me academically while also sparking my curiosity for problem-solving and research. Beyond the textbooks, I’ve always believed that learning should be creative and enjoyable. That’s why you’ll often find me making colourful, artsy study notes (which are slowly turning into a revision blog!), or bringing a creative twist into my lessons to help tricky concepts click. My education hasn’t just been about exams and grades — it’s also taught me how to stay curious, resilient, and open-minded, and I try to pass that on to every student I work with.

I am an Aerothermal - Aerodynamics methods engineer for Rolls Royce Defence Aerospace and I work on solving complex equations and technology methods to accelerate future of high speed and space travel. I am graduate from imperial college London in advanced aeronautics, I am involved heavily in advanced mathematics and physics. I have tutored in further maths and maths for all exam boards and physics, including a programming tutorials society I used to carry out in university to help students expand on coding and solve problems instantly. I graduated from imperial college London in October 2021 and soon later joined graduate programme with Rolls Royce engineering and technology regime. I developed myself into a leading researcher and developer role where I flourished in making significant contributions to turbomachinary gas path Aerothermodynamics. I have tutored as part time as a self improvement and hobbie to learn and help pursue dreams of people to take their learning step further and pursue stem.

A junior Finance manager in the NHS.Previously a primary class teacher. I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 8 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Experience of tutoring online and in person therefore able to adapt to students learning. Achieved A*-A’s in GCses for maths and triple science . Continued with maths and science into A-levels. Also studied further maths at GCses and also able to teach it . Can also help with student who study Statistics GCSE. I can also aid in 11+ students as i am familiar.
