I have been a tutor for 2 years, specialising in Maths and English, but I am comfortable teaching a range of subjects. I am in my second year of university studying Law, which has given me many skills such as attention to detail and a strong work ethic. I transfer these qualities to tutoring, and my priority is helping students excel in their studies by providing effective and engaging lessons that tailor to each child's needs. I completed my GCSEs in The Abbey School and my A levels in Kendrick School, achieving results of a high standard that I was proud of. I am now studying Law in university, which has been a passion of mine for many years. Hi! I have just finished my PhD at Bath, developing biosensors for cancer diagnostics. My expertise is in Chemistry, Biology, Maths and Physics (in that order!). My undergrad was in Chemical Engineering (via Natural Sciences) at the University of Cambridge. I have experience in teaching students at the University by helping them understand scientific concepts in experimental settings and showing students how these concepts relate to and exist in the real world- not just a textbook! I like to play music and do Scottish reeling in my free time. PhD at the University of Bath- currently finishing. Developing biosensors for cancer diagnostics. I am a dedicated student of Mathematics and Actuarial Science with a strong passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
