I'm quite passionate about helping students succeed because I've been in the same situation myself. I’m a patient and approachable tutor who thrives on seeing pupils grow in confidence and understanding. I have a good background in Physics and Maths, I tutor up to A-level in Maths, backed by top grades (9 in GCSE Maths, A* in A-level Maths, and A in Further Maths). I’ve helped students achieve their academic goals, including guiding a family friend to an A in A-level Maths, securing her place at her first-choice university. My lessons are engaging, supportive, and designed to challenge students while encouraging them to take risks and learn from their mistakes. After my A-levels I went to the University of Nottingham where I graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and Economics.

I’m a medical student with a passion for teaching Biology, Science, and Maths at primary and GCSE levels. Almost 10 years in higher education, I’ve learned two key things: 1) Every student can succeed with the right teaching approach, and 2) Learning should be active, using techniques like spaced repetition and active recall. I focus on breaking down complex topics, using examples, mnemonics, and past papers to help students understand. I’m patient and adaptable, always ready to find new ways to explain concepts if needed. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about sports, gaming, and tech. I’ve coached an under-15 basketball team and teach guitar at my church, which helps me connect with students and build trust to boost their confidence and performance. I graduated from Glasgow in 2020 with a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences and am currently pursuing a medical degree.
