Hi, Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Chloé (my name is Chloé) and I am a French native speaker :) As travelling and getting to know new cultures and languages is a real passion of mine, I am very excited to share my own; French culture and language. I myself had to learn a language that is not my native language (English) so I definitely know how challenging it is for my students to learn a new language. Therefore I can particularly help my students to overcome the fears they can have to learn a new language and truly put myself in their shoes. As it worked for me, I like to give lively interactive lessons using images or videos to optimise memory and focus. I also encourage my student to speak as much as possible, as I believe it is the best way to learn any language : 'PARLER, PARLER, PARLER'. I am the most experienced in giving lessons from Primary to GCSE level. I also have some experience in teaching A Levels and most particularly with adult learners and travellers. I have experience in private French and Art lessons with children aged 6 to 15. My interests include: travelling : I travelled and lived in over 11 countries and got to know very diverse cultures all over the world. Important : please note that I do not teach English anymore. Teaching Art : I have an Art and design BTEC and studied a BA at the university of the Arts of London (UAL) and currently studying at les beaux arts of Paris and have been a practicing artist ever since. I cam teach Art and Design GCSE students, particularly to give feedback on their portfolio. I am the most experienced in giving lessons from Primary to GCSE level. There I got the ESOL Entry 2 (NQF) and the IELTS ( grade 6.5) followed by the BTEC in Art & Design (equivalent to the bacalaureat) and then moved forward to a Fine art BA at UAL. Currently, I am in my third year of BA at Les beaux Arts of Paris ; where the French literary level is very high and sustained. In other words, I'll be very comfortable in both language to give you the clearest French lessons and to support you all along throughout the learning path you're taking!

In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun! Hi Shaun here, I am a Grammar school student and having done the 11+ myself find comfortable in tutoring students taking the 11+ in addition to those in Years 7-11, as my main strengths are in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I did take Biology and Chemistry for my A levels and have achieved A grades in all these subjects. I am currently a medical undergraduate student working towards my Medical Degree. I was a Grammar School student having completed my GCSEs and A-Levels before I moved on to University. I am currently a Medical undergraduate student. For my GCSEs I achieved grade 9 in Math, Biology and Physics, grade 8 in Geography and Chemistry and grade 7 in both English literature, language, History and Spanish.
