Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I believe that with patience, encouragement, and the right support, every student can improve and reach their full potential. I completed my GCSEs at Jo Richardson Community School, achieving qualifications in Mathematics, English, Combined Science, Geography, Music, Drama, and BTEC Business. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.

About me: I am a Taiwanese girl living in South Africa. I am able to speak both English and Mandarin fluently. I have worked as a translator and tour interpreter for Mandarin speaking delegates before and I have been living in South Africa for 20+ years. Hi my name is Nayab and I am an Aeronautical Engineer working in a Mechanical Engineering role. I have been teaching various students since I was 16 as I enjoyed teaching and helping others achieve their best. I have taught various students in different years and different abilities and have also been referred to many others through word of mouth mainly. This would be my second time working through a company platform. Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University. Currently working as a Graduate Engineer in Network Rail since 2022 and also filling out my chartership application.
