Hi, I’m Safoora, currently a second-year medical student with a strong passion for education across a range of subjects. Medicine has taught me not just the importance of hard work, but also how to communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently — skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. I tutor GCSE Biology, chemistry, combined science and psychology, as well as KS3 and KS2 Science. I understand that subjects like biology and chemistry can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable, straightforward steps tailored to how each student learns best. I received my early education at three different primary schools, which provided me with a strong academic foundation. Hi, I'm a 2nd year UCL medical student! For years now, I’ve mentored & tutored both GCSE and A-level biology for multiple specifications, as well as Chemistry, Maths, Geography, and English Language. I attended a girls grammar school, and also tutor the 11 plus exams! As someone who took and passed both CEM and GL 11 plus exams, I am happy to help with any. Also have engaged with science outside of school, completing a Women in STEM course run by the University of Oxford, and completing wider reading. I attended a Girls Grammar School until year 13, and am currently going into my second year at UCL medical school.
