Hi there! I'm an enthusiastic and dedicated tutor specialising in Mathematics and Physics across various educational levels including GCSE, A-Level, Nat5, and Higher. I also offer tutoring in maths and physics outside these specific curricula, tailored to individual learning needs and goals. My academic journey is fueled by a deep passion for both maths and physics, which drives me to continually expand my knowledge in these subjects. I spend a significant portion of my time studying and exploring new concepts and ideas, as well as engaging with programming languages such as Python, LaTeX, and Maxima, which complement and enhance my teaching capabilities. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am actively working towards achieving Grade 7 in Piano (ABRSM). I now study an integrated masters in Physics with the aspiration to study a PhD in Mathematical Physics in a couple of years.

Hello! My name is Yasmine and I am finishing my 3rd year of my undergraduate degree, I’ve loved studying criminology and psychology, but my main interests are in criminology and cybercrime!. I really love English literature, reading and social psychology, as well as other crafty hobbies in my free time :) I have completed my 9 GCSEs C-A* including mathematics and English, A-levels in psychology, media studies and English literature, and currently in my final year of my undergraduate degree in Criminology and Psychology, with plans to focus on the areas of cybersecurity and forensic analysis after graduation.

As a tutor I am not there to add pressure, but to help take pressure off. In terms of hobbies, I love reading, writing stories, and watching Turkish TV dramas. I am also a huge tennis fan. It's a thrill to help them improve their speaking and listening - as well as reading and writing skills. It's wonderful to see them grow in confidence when expressing themselves in English. I am currently a university student studying BA International Relations at SOAS, university of London. I grew my passion for teaching through helping my friends and classmates with revision and I enjoy explaining ideas by linking it to reality, making it relatable. I am patient, friendly, and aim to create a supportive and comfortable environment where students feel confident to ask questions, develop their understanding, and build confidence in their learning. I am currently attending SOAS, University of London, and studying BA International Relations. My modules focus on politics and history, specifically from a postcolonial perspective.
