My name is Aminah, and I’m an Accounting and Finance student at Aston University with a strong academic background in Maths and a passion for helping students feel more confident and capable in the subject. Before university, I completed my GCSEs and A Levels at King Edward VI Lordswood School for Girls. At GCSE level, I achieved a grade 8 in Mathematics, which I’m especially proud of. Having recently gone through the exam process myself, I understand the challenges that KS1 to GCSE students face, and I’m well-equipped to guide them with effective study techniques, structured support, and encouragement. My academic journey has given me a strong foundation in maths and a clear sense of how to explain concepts in a way that is simple, engaging, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I’m a passionate tutor who genuinely loves teaching and helping students grow in confidence. My lessons are fun, engaging, and educational, and I always adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s needs. Outside of tutoring, I love Pilates it keeps me focused, energised, and balanced, which I bring into my teaching as well. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology with Data Analytics, which I completed with Distinction at the University of the West of Scotland. Through this program, I developed a strong foundation in core IT principles alongside advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. My studies covered areas such as data analysis, data management, information systems, and the practical application of technology to real-world problems.

I am a 3rd year medical student with a passion for teaching, tutoring and helping students get the highest grades they possibly can. I have been teaching for over 5 years working with a wide background of students from 11+ and GCSE students to SEN students. I study Medicine at Aston university and was a former student at the Latymer Grammar School in Edmonton. In my GCSEs I got 9s in Maths, English lang and lit, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and I also got 3 A*s in Biology, Chemistry and Maths for my A levels

I am a 5th Year Medical Student and have been teaching for many years, I got accepted into grammar and have dedicated many hours to learning and passing on my knowledge. I teach 11+ and have proven methods on understanding the logic and ways to solve the questions. In addition I tutor Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Science, Geography and Maths. I have a keen interest in playing instrumets, learning a new language, keeping active and am currently a co-author on a pending paper to be published in the medical/surgical field. I completed Premedical science in 2015, I completed my BSc in Biomedical Science - involving in depth study of Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics.
