I am an extremely enthusiastic and positive person. I currently teach English early years, Primary school/Reception year. SEND Primary and Highschool and ESL, with over 25 years experience. Patience is my middle name. I am an energetic and a fun teacher. Using a variety of methods including: auditory, visual, reading/writing, verbal and kinaesthetic movement. I look forward to meeting you, my future student. My academic journey started after high school and continues to present. Studying and learning never stops. It is a part of self growth. I actively ensure I continuously follow CLP. Fields of teaching include: English Reception year, English Primary school, English Primary and Highschool for SEN, SEND and ALN students who are looking to improve their skills in English. I also teach English as a Second language and Business English. An achievement of mine was when one of my students won GOLD at the Shanghai Special Olympics. In January 2025, GoStudent have added AI to GoClass. AI training was completed and is boosting tutoring outcomes.

Passionate about chemistry and helping students achieve their potential and beyond. I am a young teacher, with a vast knowledge of chemistry at the KS3, KS4, and KS5 level. This is evidenced by my A grade at both GCSE, and A level. I place a large emphasis on breaking critical concepts down, ensuring students have a sound understanding of foundational aspects of chemistry- which will then allow them to tackle more difficult subject topics. All of my teaching is relevant to the exam board in question, and there is also a large focus on exam technique to ensure you're hitting those top marks! In terms of my hobbies, I love going to the gym, playing sports such as badminton and kickboxing, reading, and playing Call of Duty. Hi! I'm Izy, and I recently completed my degree in Applied Linguistics at the University of Warwick - BA Language, Culture and Communication. I previously tutored younger children at my high school, and have since taught ESL in Peru, Ecuador and Mexico. I thoroughly enjoy both teaching English as a second language, and tutoring English subjects in the UK. I completed A-Levels in History, English Language and Maths (A*A*A), and am hoping to work as a paediatric Speech and Language therapist, after completing my Masters. I am competent in AQA Exam Boards. At University I competed at an international level for music, and really enjoy reading and learning new languages in my free time! I am currently obtaining my 120-hour TEFL certificate, as well as my Level 2 Understanding Autism qualification. I attended a state school, receiving eight grade 9s, and two grade 8s at GCSE, and A*A*A at A-Level (History, English Language, Maths). I recently graduated from the University of Warwick with a 1st Class BA Hons in Language, Culture and Communication (Applied Linguistics), completing a dissertation in phonetics & phonology.

Hi, I'm Mona! A little about me; I tutor Primary and GCSE-level students in English. Right now, I'm more focused on GCSE students. I have in-depth knowledge in English literature from Shakespearean plays like Macbeth to War and Conflict Poems, and more. I'm fluent in English, write a lot, and I absolutely love creative writing so that comes in handy when guiding students through revision for the English Language Paper. I'm also familiar with exam boards such as AQA, Edexcel, and Eduqas. What I love most about my tutoring sessions is that from the onset, my students and I try to make learning not feel like a chore. We strive to not only achieve the educational goals we set out but we make it so that the main objective is to learn and understand, not just pass a test. I'm open-minded and firmly believe there is no such thing as a person who can't be taught. Each student is different from the next and all anyone really needs is the right kind of guidance. I am currently in University for my Bachelor's but I graduated from the equivalent of UK A-Levels with honours. My curriculum was English, Arts, and Humanities-centered so I had subjects such as Media and Information Literacy, Research Writing, Creative Fiction and Non-Fiction, Contemporary Art, etc. I used to write for a travel blog and was the assistant to the managerial editor of a newspaper company so I proofread, edited, and wrote articles a lot.
